Raymond and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Raymond came recommended to us by a trusted contractor we have worked with multiple times in the past. I would like to share some additional context on why our experience with Raymond & High Command was so great:

1. I originally reached out to High Command via their website on 2025/04/28. Within two hours, I received an e-mail from Raymond about setting up a time to meet.

2. Raymond came out the following day, 2025/04/29 and provided us two estimates within an hour of meeting.

3. On 2025/04/30, I text Raymond to let him know that we would like to move forward.

4. He scheduled us for the following Monday, 2025/05/05. His crew showed up on time (maybe even early), and got the entire roof replaced in a single day.

That's seven (7!) days from first contact to having a new roof installed. He initially estimated a day and a half to have it completed, which I also thought was too ambitious.

If you have worked with contractors, you've likely had poor experiences with scheduling and even timeliness. You won't have that with Raymond and crew. I highly recommend him and his team from High Command Roofing!

Raymond did a great job repairing a roof leak and sealing my gutters. He was very responsive and thorough. He checked and double checked the repair with running water before and after. He was prompt, communicated very well and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Last week my gardener noticed some “tile sludge” in the gutters when cleaning them.

I was referred to High Command Roofing by a handyman I use. Within a day of asking I was contacted by Ray and he was able to schedule a roof inspection within a couple of days.

He arrived on time, is very personable and started work immediately.

After reviewing all aspects of the roof, he quickly set my mind at ease that the 23 year old roof was still in good condition and had several years of use left before it will need replacing. He did discuss the amount of intake/outtake vents in the roof and recommended adding more outtakes when I do eventually replace the roof.

He even provided an estimate replacement cost for the roof so that I had that knowledge going forward, I have to say it was less than expected.

I’m very glad that I had High Command Roofing inspection my room and set my mind at ease.

This company is honest and reliable. I called Raymond and he showed up even after 6pm when most companies are already closed and looked at my roof that was leaking. We made a plan to have him replace the dryer vent that was causing the leak. The next day he showed up even earlier than expected and went above and beyond to fix what needed to be. Have an old cedar shake roof that the previous owner didn’t maintain correctly. High command roofing came out and got in repaired to get my through the winter and to talk about installing some metal roofing and start getting a game plan going for that.
