His crew was fast and efficient and left the area clean and in great shape. Sheldon replaced a roof for me previously so I was aware of his quality of work. Overall I would rate the entire experience a ten.

Sheldon from High Build Construction went above and beyond even before he officially had our business to make sure our insurance company covered our roof after a baseball sized hailstorm—he personally came multiple times to help get photos and clarify damage! Additionally, his crew was very efficient removing the old roof and completing the new roof in one day.

On March 31,2023 a massive tornado hit the West Little Rock area and destroyed many house, but damaged many more. We did not take a direct hit from the tornado, but some debris from the storm put a large hole in our roof. I contacted Sheldon O’Dell about getting some temporary cover on my roof. He was at my house within two hours to get the hole covered. Not many people received that type of service on March 31st. The roof repair was completed within 10 days. Great service!

Sheldon and his team did a great job with our full roof replacement last year after the hail storm in June of ‘23. They were very professional, easy to work with, and got the job done on time, and as promised.

After an initial denial by our insurance company, I called Sheldon to take a look and he inspected our roof and put together all the necessary pictures and estimates for the insurance, and got our claim approved!

His team came out and did a complete tear-off and re-roof in 2 days (and left our property clean.) Overall, they did a great job, and we are happy customers.
