H&H Truck and Outdoor - Decatur AL

I cannot say enough good things about H&H in Decatur. They got me an appointment on short notice, installed my topper extremely well, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. Tyler and his team are true professionals. Installing a topper is extremely involved, with how modern trucks operate, but they got it done quickly and very well. Small details were taken care of too. By far the best truck shop I’ve been to. Would not hesitate to go here again!

I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience at the Decatur H&H store was above and beyond! I thought I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in but then Tyler threw out some better ideas to make my truck look top notch!

Tyler is the man to go to for all of your truck accessories and add ons. I'm sure I was a pain with all of my questions but tyler answered every one of my questions and guided me to the best setup for my truck. I will not go anywhere else from now on. Tyler is my truck guy.

I went to H&H on the Beltline store in Decatur Alabama. It was a great experience. I had help from 3 super employees. Brandon, Jake, and Tyler. They were all knowledgeable in the selection of items that needed to be purchase for what I had in mind and helped me through my process. They were very helpful and informative. I will be back in the near and far future for all my trucking needs

A couple years back, took my truck to get a level and lift placed. Technician cause damage to the back fender. They tried to spray paint to cover it, then got a buddy at a body shop to try to fix it. When they figured out they couldn’t cover it up, that is when I was informed about it. They paid to have the truck fender painted but had to get general manager involved. And they still made me pay full price for the lift and level (that wasn’t level at all)

To simply put it. They help me where 3 other stores just like them wouldn’t bother to call back or provide the correct information!! Thank you again for the help!!

This is the worst possible place around to get a garage built. For one I payed for. Charcoal grey and got some ugly blue instead. Paid for color matching screws and so far I have seen 4 totally different color screws on it. It's a huge crease that runs the length of the building where they had it strapped down too tight. My garage doors are white like they suppose to be but my man door is some creme color which is ugly. They didn't trim out above the roll up doors so there is a 4 inch gap for wind or whatever to come on through and the trim suppose to have been black but guess what it wasn't, it was that ugly color too.and to top it off I have literally picked up almost a whole gallon jug of their screws from my driveway and yard. Bad thing is we bought a small storage building from them too. Their work is complete garbage so take my advice and go elsewhere really!!!!!

Needing a hard cover and and swing out tool box for my F150 and the guys gave me exactly what is was looking for - great communication and product along with a great installation - very good value for the product I purchased - very happy and highly recommend the Decatur Branch

My right rear light bulb was out on my SUV. It took quite a bit of work to get the plastic covering off, but the representative was very patient until he could remove it and replaced the bulb. He was pleasant and nice to talk to. I would recommend H&H Truck and Outdoor to my family and friends for sure.

Very helpful, I needed a key for my truck toolbox and the person in charge gave me his last key! So thankful for his help!!!

They ordered the bed cover for mr set a time for me to come in and pick it up. They installed the cover in no time and I was on my way. Thanks for the good and speedy job.

My truck bed cover was leaking. H&H checked it out. They just made a small adjustment and fixed the problem. No charge! I could not believe it. Thank you H&H!

My ARE truck topper installed 3 years prior by H&H had an issue with the tailgate key lock. i was on a service call in Decatur and called the location there. The store manager for H&H in Decatur AL. was very understanding and very polite He understood that with several thousand dollars worth of tools and parts in the back of my truck and more calls to catch that i needed to be back on the road quick. within 30 minutes I was repaired and on my way . Joe Simmons was really professional and cared about my issue and my need to be back at work. I will always recommend them to anyone that needs such great service

They had the item I needed in stock. Came over Saturday the guys were real friendly installed it at about 10 minutes. I'm very happy

Went first week in oct 2020, spoke with a very large young man who was helpful about spray in bed liner and bed cover on a new truck. Went back 10/10/20, and was there when store opened. First of all,, when I walked in,, the guy in the office looked through office window like i was invading histime and space.. i said hello,, no response.. and did not come out.. walked back out of store and waited for next employee to finally arrive. Told him I Wanted to go ahead and buy a bed cover and was told that it would have to be ordered which is fine. Wanted to know when it could be there and also price on another cover and to know about some other products. He had no info. Told me I would have to speak to dude in office because he only put on parts. Waited several more minutes for man in office to come speak with me but I was not his priority at all. So after waiting being there before opening, entering store after opening, waiting on another employee to arrive after opening, and then standing around for almost 20 min., I left with no more knowledge than I drove here with and money in my pocket to spend at another accessories place. Its a shame that customers time is not important these days. I work five days a week so my time is important to me too.

Love how local and continent it was. Went to a lot of truck accessories before finally ending up here. Had what I needed and I am glad Joe was able to help me out. Thank you and I will back here again soon.

Austin of H&H Sales of Decatur was definitely on top of my list for truck accessories. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a toolbox for my new truck. He showed me everything and what we decided on, he had to order. Got it the next day. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

Store manager very helpful. Install guys did a great job even they have less than perfect working conditions. The district manager (Brandon Marley) happened to be there and he is a little snobby jerk. Wants to talk down to people. Acts as though they are doing you favor by your purchase of their products

Went for a b and w gooseneck and never nothing in stock, manager checked is PC and one was in stock at there Huntsville location. Asked for a price and verify it was physically there, said yea no problem. Drove there to get a rude sales guy. Said it wasn't in stock and told me I should have called if I didn't want to waste my time. Didn't ask if I'd like to place an order nothing ! I'm a business owner and love to try and keep my money spent local but that was the 3rd location I went to today, definitely never even think of wasting my time again with this company!!

I've bought 2 big storage buildings and have been very satisfied. They brought them out and set them up, done a great job.
BUT I bought a pool in April and it has taken forever to get it set up and it's at least 2 inches off on 1 side, very unlevel. Plus there is a rock or sharp object that was left under the liner and I bought the extra pad to go under it. They do have installations subcontracted out to a guy named Johnathan and he's a smart alec and won't answer his phone or return calls. Your product is only as good as your customer service so if you buy a pool make sure you have your own company to set it up.

Joe is the man! Helped me rewire my trailer even though they typically do not do that. He was super nice and was awesome to work with! It was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

H&H made my F150 look amazing, Joe did a fantastic job,he gave me advice on what to do and saved me lots of money, I can guarantee you l will be back to have more work done, very impressed and pleased with the way Joe installed everything on my truck.

These guys are awesome! I came in with a couple of odd questions and they went out of their way to help me. Waiting on insurance to make a decision, but if I buy a new building, it will be from here.

I visited the Decatur store, looking for several accessory items for the Chevy Silverado I had just purchased. I was very impressed with your employee, Joe, who was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to obtain online information on various items in response to our questions. He and his associate, whose name I did not get, promptly installed the Weather Tech floor liner I purchased. All in all, the store visit was enjoyable---and I will return!!!

I purchased two items from this store ($60). The person working that day told me I could return them if they didn’t work with my vehicle. When my wife tried to return them six days later, the person working that day was very annoyed that I would return something. He told her what a hassle it would be and didn’t want to do it. Basically when you buy something here you can’t return it without paying a 20% restocking fee ( which wasn’t told to me at the time of purchase) and making the employees very mad. If it’s such a hassle to have customer service, it’s a hassle for me to shop there.

H&H was my go-to place for years—their salesperson, Joe, was amazing to work with and super knowledgeable. However, the few times I’ve stopped by in the last couple months have been horrible experiences. No one seems to know what they’re doing or selling, and to say the workers (or lack thereof) are unfriendly would be an understatement. When I politely asked if Joe was still working there, I was met with rolled eyes and a bad attitude.

I wish whoever worked at H&H now would have been trained by someone like Joe, who truly cares about their customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for now.

Great customer service, will go to any length to find the answer to any questions you may have. Also will call you back when the say they will.

I purchased WeatherTech window deflectors online but could not get the rear ones to install correctly. Before sending them back I called WeatherTech and they recommended I stop off at H&H "because they have an excellent rating of service".
I was not disappointed. Josh came out and introduced me to their installing Joe who was awesome at installing the rear deflectors. He admitted that the ones with the clips were hard but you could tell he was experienced at what he does.
H&H also sells pools and greenhouses, both of which I'd love to have.
