I just recently bought a house and consequently I call and go bother them about all sorts of stuff. Great bunch of guys. And super knowledgeable.
Went out of their way to get me a coupon I brought in, but poor rating because employee argued with me over whether Ace sends emails.He kept saying they don‘t and the only way is to install the app. He was condescending, and I didn't like the insinuation that I am confused or a liar. I highly recommend Heritage Home Center. I purchased a Traeger grill this past weekend, but their service was excellent both before and after the sale. To be honest their service before was the deciding factor in getting the grill I bought. That it was from their store and included their service put it above the Recteq and Pit boss grills I was considering.
