Hawaii Fireplaces and Air Conditioning

They tried to charge us for fireplace cleaning twice without working on it. Had to call several times for them to order parts for them to continuously not order parts that I gave them 800$ for 6 months ago. I also scheduled this appointment for them to fix it a year ago. If there is any way to never use this company don’t everrrrrr use this company. The worsttt service I have ever witnessed in my life. Every time we call to make sure they are doing their job they never know what is going on or who we are or what job this is. The worst business I have ever used in my life. Don’t ever use if you can. If you have to you’ll have to hold their hand with every step. Don’t let them do any work without getting invoices because they don’t keep track of anything.

Spent $5000 on a new gas fireplace. Only to have it not be useable after the install. They did not hook up gas lines or provide gas tank so that we could use it after they installed it. I was told by installer that it was the homeowners responsible to do all of that. I was never told that prior to the install job. I was told that it would be a complete installation and really to use. They basically took out old fireplace and stuck the new one and walked out. Would not recommended these guys to anyone.

Then on the response to my review on Google they complain about how far they had to drive to do the installation. Really?? I was never initially told anything about hiring a plumber to install the gas line. Total and complete lies on their part. Find someone else to install or do it yourself.
