I've hired Handyman Express/915 Construction for many projects; both large and small over the past 7 years that we've owned our house. It's always been a great experience and I never hesitate to call them when needed. They are my go-to guys for all of my construction projects and haven't let me down yet! John and his crew show up when they say they will, communicate everything from timing to cost effectively and get the job done to a high standard. What else could I ask for?

Handyman Express is the go-to company for any household maintenance project. They’re organized, respectful of home and property and extremely professional. They can handle large projects too which is great for when small repairs turn into larger projects. John and Jamie are great to work with and their work speaks for itself. Highly recommend!

One of the vehicles for this business cut me off in traffic so they wouldn't miss a red light and almost hit my car today. I know NYC drivers can be rude and traffic is stressful but maybe don't drive like an asshole when you're in company a car. Would never call these people for work and you shouldn't either.

Great service. I run a Day Care and they came and fixed everything within a week of contact. The process is easy. They just get your information, send you an invoice, and then let you confirm if you’d like to accept the service. I will be using again.

I've used Handyman Express/915 several times over the past few years and they're unfailingly excellent! They're a pleasure to work with and do a fantastic job. Most recently, I used them for pressure washing. I can't believe how red the bricks look now! Like new! I can say without reservation that I'll be using them for jobs big and small for years to come!

Edit: within one hour after posting my review, Joe called me. Appreciated that, but was looking for anyone from the company to follow up with me during that long span. He told me he called and left a message a couple days ago. I checked my voicemails and didn’t receive. Then I said maybe he got the wrong number, and he said he did. Yet when the company received a negative review, he found the right number to call me. I understand we are all human, and mistakes happen but the estimate sent to me as Joe states in the review reply was for other tasks to be done, NOT the one I was told I would receive that Monday (kitchen cabinet demo and instal renovation). So yes, he resent the original estimate for things like flooring in kitchen, interior/exterior lighting fixtures around the house and to repair a wall in the living room after we spoke, NOT what I asked Joe in person which was kitchen renovation which was what I was waiting for and didn’t receive/or get in contact with me about. While he did come to check out the foundation of the kitchen which I originally asked, he was supposed to give me an estimate for the total kitchen renovation, if they were unable to provide an estimate for whatever reason, they should have had various people communicate follow up with me to let me know as they did with the prior estimate (before Joe came to look at the kitchen). Joe told me to check out their reviews on google for myself, and I told him that I already did, and that’s the reason I wanted to use them. The whole point of this review is to just simply state my unfortunate experience, and hope nobody else encounters the same. **Someone came out to do an estimate, to which I was looking to give them various jobs. The estimator said he would send it to me by Monday. Texted the company number Wednesday after still not receiving it and no text back. Called Thursday, and customer rep Colleen apologized, and now it’s been 2 weeks later still haven’t heard back. Saddened, as we would’ve loved to use them based on the prior good reviews but If they didn’t want to do the job, they should’ve said so.**

Handyman Express is the best around. They were professional, efficient, thorough, and produced the highest quality of work. We cannot thank them enough for their renovation help. Highly recommend!!

The Handyman Express team is a delight to work with. From Jaimie and John speccing out the work to Colleen in the office to their team of workers, it is always easy to schedule and have everything on my "list for the handyman" taken care of efficiently. What a nice, competent, efficient, easy to work with company!

Handyman express was the most smooth experience for Andersen window repair. The service men were nice called ahead of their arrival and repaired the issue. They were straight forward with their estimate and pricing. Highly recommend them!

I was very happy with their service. I was able to set up an appt to fix my patio door within a day. They provided a detailed estimate and ordered the parts (which took two weeks, I suppose that’s out of their control). Repair was quick clean and polite. They even came back a few days later for an adjustment. I would highly recommend.

Unbelievable service from everyone working at the company. We had water damage in the basement and the team was at our house a few hours later assisting with the cleanup, repair and future proofing the house. The prices are fair and you know that you are getting a trusted contractor at your house that will not take any shortcuts to make sure that the full job is completed. I'll never use anyone else.

I’ve used Handy Man Express many times over the years and they always have done good work. Yesterday I had my shower re grouted and silicone applied. The new grout matches the tiles and the shower looks great!

I had an amazing experience working with John Keffas and his team. The team did the following for us over a 10 day period:

- Made our decrepit broken front stoop look like new, including a new railing
- Performed impeccable brick pointing work on the side/back of our house of our house
- Made a water-damaged den with moldy sheetrock, holes in the wall, etc look brand new
- Replaced a cracked window with a new Andersen picture frame window
- Demoed a multi-level, old, beat wooden deck & staircase and installed a new paver patio and staircase to match our front stoop.

While I was incredibly happy with the quality of the work, several other important items stand out. John was always responsive and communicative during the entire project. While the brick pointing work was new, you would never know it by looking at it. True craftsmanship at its finest. I want to say thank you to the entire team. This was a fantastic experience and will definitely not be our last project together.

We needed a handyman to install new closing mechanism on screen door and mount new hardware for curtains in large den window. Handyman Express sent an excellent worker. He listened to me, made suggestions, then showed me what he would do. He got right down to work, worked steadily and efficiently, made sure I was happy, then cleaned the little drill dust there was. Great job! Pleasant, polite. Money well spent. Good value.

Handyman Express is our family's "go to" for everything we need, including renovations and updates (our home is +30 years old). The team at H.E. is super - they are smart, experienced, work efficiently (and of course the place is so clean when done you don't even know they were there). It's on our speed dial. Latest project was moulding, painting, some electrical, renov 1/2 bath, and more. First class work.

I have used Handyman express for many years and have always been happy with them. This time I needed a shower caulked and they did a beautiful job. The shower looks brand new. Would definitely recommend them

We had Handyman express to fix our windows. I would say mostly we are happy with their professional service. However, one window wasn’t fixed because one item was missed to order. It’s a little upsetting to know we have to wait for another order to be placed and then schedule another appointment to fix it. So we decided just leave it unfixed.

I cannot say enough good things about Handyman Express. We had old windows replaced and general outdoor repairs. The old
windows were from 1937 and I needed it to look like they were always there after the job was done. When I say "Incredible Job", it is an understatement. Just beautiful. Perfect job. Not only is their work product amazing, ALL the people that work there are soooo friendly and accommodating. John, the owner, assured me that I would be happy and he proved that to be so true. I would highly recommend Handyman Express for anything! I have the utmost confidence that anything I contract to do with them will exceed my expectations!

This is the second time we used Handyman Express and once again we were extremely pleased with Roberto and the work he and his assistant did to replace a supporting cross beam on the front porch roof. They were here on time, did a great job and cleaned up after finishing. I would definitely recommend using them.

Handyman Junio replaced our Anderson Storm Door, Painted a Closet Interior, Rehung the Closet Hardware, and Replaced some Marvin Window Grills that were way too high for me to reach. All aspects of this work was professional, punctual, thorough, neat and clean. Junio answered my questions and concerns in a very considerate manner. I am very pleased with every aspect of this work.
