Guayacan Home Improvement quickly responded to my inquiries and were on my property, inspecting my roof within two days of outreach. The quote they gave was not the cheapest of all the roofers I contacted, but their assessment was the most thorough, addressing issues that no one else did, particularly in regards to gutter concerns that I’ve had. They scheduled the work straight away, materials were shipped to the property by a friendly outfit, and the job (stripping the old roof, replacing rotted fascia boards, installing aluminum drip edge, rebuilding portico, installing new roof, plus minor repairs to spots on garage roof) was totally done in 16 hours! They were cordial, professional, and efficient. When I’m ready to replace the siding on the house, this will be the first company I call!
