I had an exterior door added to the garage and included a concrete step and electrical work. Project took longer than expected. I was not happy how the concrete came out so they resolved it to my satisfaction. Overall, it was a good price for the work performed.

James has done a variety of jobs for us from roofing to completely remodeling our kitchen. He and his crew have done an incredible job and we will most certainly have them back soon to continue to improve our home! I highly recommend James for any improvement you may need on your home!

James Grady recently completed a dining room renovation for me - expanded dining room into garage, extended hardwood flooring, trim/wainscoting, etc. Very happy with final result. James and his team were easy to work with and extremely willing to make changes mid-project. When there was an issue with the new hardwood floor, James had his crew - not the flooring sub that first installed it - rip up and replace it. His commitment to customer satisfaction is underpinned by an attention to detail and commitment to quality. Highly recommend.

Grady construction has remodeled almost my entire home. James and his crew have done everything from installing replacement windows, installing new crown molding, building a custom built-in entertainment and storage center to coming out in a rain storm to tarp our leaking roof and replacing our roof to remodeling our kitichen. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. They treated our house like it was their own and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Grady construction to anyone thinking about renovating their home or business.
