We have used Gordon Construction for 3 remodel projects for our home. We have had a great experience with Gordon Construction so we keep using them.
They recently completed a project to set up our deck for a swim spa to be installed. They coordinated with the swim spa company to make sure all the details were accurate throughout the project. Dan gave me timely, clear, and transparent communication consistently. As with previous projects, we were very pleased with their high quality works. We were particularly impressed with their overall attention to details. They completed the projects on time and below budget.
They are very trustworthy and a high integrity group of people. It is clear that they take care of repeat customers and we appreciate the long term relationship. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

In 2008, we contracted with Gordon Construction to build our custom home on the outskirts of Duvall, and were very satisfied with the results. Eleven years later, we decided to finish our basement and were happy to contract again with Gordon Construction, now with a new owner, Dan Brevick, who had worked with Glen Gordon previously. Dan is an excellent manager: detail oriented, attentive and responsive to our needs. Although the project included different sub-contractors, each step went smoothly; the whole project was completed on time and with very little drama. When there were unexpected setbacks, the situation was handled quickly and fairly. We were especially pleased that Dalton Church, an excellent carpenter and overall builder, who had worked on our original house, was available and completed a great deal of the work. We cannot recommend Gordon Construction highly enough.

I have used Gordon Construction for three projects at our farm (house remodel, barn renovation, and horse stable renovation). They do a great job of figuring out cost saving opportunities, they are honest, and they do a good job of sticking to the budget. And they're nice to work with!

During last January’s winter storm, a large limb broke off of a cedar tree and fell onto my garage roof. It punctured the roof and damaged the roof underlayment, several roof rafters and gutter. I call my insurance agent and after his assessment, he assigned a contractor, located 50 plus miles away. I was not happy with the reviews of the contractor or his location so I ask the agent if I could use a local contractor. He approved.

I had heard good thing about Gordon Construction, located in Fall City, WA, and gave them a call. They showed up the same day I called to evaluate the damage. After approval of their estimate from the insurance company, Gordon Construction started immediately to begin the repair. I was very impressed considering there was15” of snow on both the roof and ground. They were punctual, thorough in all aspects of the repair including clean up, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Working with Dan and Andy was a joy and the whole crew more than met our expectations. Our project was unique and the Gordon Construction team was able to customize their services in order to meet our needs. We were clear on progress every step of the way and the crew went out of their way to make sure we are satisfied with our project.

We would not hesitant to work with Dan and Andy again in the future and would highly recommend Gordon Constructions for any projects standard or custom.

We used Gordon Construction for our project in Sammamish, WA which included a home and barn being built. The attention to detail and the "if it was my home" suggestions is just want you would want in a builder. There's really not one thing they didn't excel on when working with us throughout our project. From planning, to permitting, to site prep, to construction, to cleanup and to life long friendships. You just can't go wrong using them.

Gordon Construction did a great job on our project. We wanted to convert a modest sized closet to a bathroom in our historic home. From the first meeting, through the planning and construction, Dan and the crew were responsive, engaged and courteous. They made every effort to limit the "footprint" on our day to day life during construction. The finished product struck the exact note of modern convenience with turn of the century ambience. And over a year later when we had an emergent issue. on an unrelated matter, Gordon Construction had a carpenter at our house in a day. Thank you Gordon Construction.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
