Finally, I have found a roofer I can rely on! I have hired Golden Winter Roofing to do repairs at two of my properties, and they are now my go-to roofing company. They give thorough, detailed estimates, unlike other roofers, and both times have been great at walking me through the work that needs to be done. The results have been great so far. Despite all the heavy rains, their work has held up, and they've been a pleasure to work with.

First off, the price was right!! I was able to get my roof and gutters replaced at reasonable price, and now my house is whole again. Secondly, the attention to the workmanship was on point and actually gives me hope that real people truly care about their work.. Finally, Santiago and all his workers were always on time and professional, and always wanted to be sure we were satisfied with what they were doing. Highly recommend Golden Winter Roofing.. Golden Winter Roofing completed a large multi unit siding replacement for our 7 unit HOA in Redondo Beach and we were extremely happy with the pricing and installation quality. They completed the project under the estimated duration and were always on top of any issues while construction was going on. Highly recommended!

update on 12/07/2022, Santiago came back and fixed the roof as well as sealed our window, seems problem is now solved.

Anytime I need a professional I like to get at least 3 estimates and opinions. The issue we were having with this roof was tricky. Golden Winter Roofing was the chosen one for their fair pricing, knowledge, rapid response and customer service, Santiago showed up when he said he would, sent a written estimate with photos of the project and detailed information of how they would proceed and the breakdown of prices, as well as guarantees of their work. The roof looks great and so far so good. I will use them again and I recommend you give them a call after others have shocked you with their price and waiting period.

Santiago and his crew were very hard workers. They had a challenging project to complete and tackled the problems as they came up. They did a complete overhaul of our old roof and it looks beautiful!

I hired Santiago to fix a leak on our roof in January 2020 and paid nearly $2000. We didn't experience any measurable rain during all of 2020, and when our roof was tested for the first time, with the recent hard rains, we experienced the same leak, in the exact same area. I called Santiago and he explained the warranty was only 12 months, and now that it was 24 months, it was no longer under warranty. I understood that I would have to pay and asked him to come out and fix it anyway, since it was his original work. He ghosted me, and completely ignored all my calls and messages. So I paid him for work, that I now need to hire a real professional to fix. Unless you plan to pay for the exact repair, every couple of years, highly recommend to steer clear of Santiago.

Santiago was responsive, professional, and informative. A tile had fallen from my roof and I needed it fixed asap. Santiago came out the day after I contacted him. He explained why the tile fell and fixed the problem area that same day. His price was reasonable and will definitely be contacting him for any future roofing needs.

Santiago installed roof on my house. Interestingly I hadn't even met him when he started work. I was out of country and my roof leaked. I contacted him on phone and he gave me a quote. It was reasonable and he was able to start the work while I was out. He completed the work in time. During his working, he showed me that he takes pride in his work and tries aim for perfection. I really like that part of him. I would definitely hire him again!

We are a complex of 25 units (5 buildings in total) in North Hills that needed to replace our flat roof of more than 35 year old structure. We found Golden Winter Roofing after many other companies had estimated the project. The Reason why we chose GWR was due to several factors:

1- Their representative (Santiago) was very easy to talk to. Even during and at the end of the project we never had any inconveniences with him.

2- Their estimate was justified to the work Proportions.

3- We did not have to wait on a waiting list like other companies and they delivered the work at the time accorded.

4- the warranty of the project with materials used are of good quality and we got a great warranty deal for years to come.

I have to mention that I did not write this review as soon as they got the work done because I needed to see how the roof would handle the first rains.

Now, I can legitimately say that they did a wonderful job. I like the way Santiago took the time to supervise the project constantly and can honestly recommend him and his crew to the public.

We contacted Santiago in July for an estimate on replacing and repairing our roof in Twin Peaks...he gave us a great price. We had 6 estimates with various prices. We thought about it for a week, and we're eliminating by professionalism and chemistry..We chose Santiago at Golden Winter Roofing..we liked his demeanor and go to attitude..we met with him again in August to sign the contract...The roof is done...it's beautiful..we chose a shasta white color for energy star savings and to keep us cool in the summer heat.. Santiago and his team were professional, friendly and very hands on did a fantastic job repairing a half circle on the left corner of the roof due to an oak tree that used to grow there..you'd never know a big chunk of roof was missing..it looks great!
