We were traveling from the out of state and had a check engine light come on in my 2018 3500hd. Called the service department and talked to Bob the service manager and I couldn't get an appointment till July 7 but he said he might be able to work my truck in sometime in the afternoon in which he did and repaired my truck so that we could continue our trip to Alaska. Can't say enough about the customer service he and the Glasgow Auto sales team showed me.

Full service check up as well as getting a new chipped key programmed. Only thing missing was a report of the service work completed.

Every one is friendly nice fast working people , yes I will tell everyone they are that good. Getting a refund the lady is never in tried to give money for that work now trying to get my money back after the jobs is done never there. I was told it will be a check I have cash ? I look at it like this if a person paid cash and a refund is do cash should come back . That is one bad thing . Over all great people

In addition to my oil change, I loved that I was provided a written multi-vehicle inspection that assessed my brakes, battery, tires, windshield wipers, potential leaks, etc. etc. The inspection let me know the condition of my vehicle and assurance for traveling.
