I’ll try to be brief…..I paid this company 2607$ to repair the siding in one side of my home. The first time was horrible work so I called the owner. I told the owner I wanted it fixed. I explained that I did not want the same person as before. He brought him anyway but said he would be there to help him. He lied. He was not there and the work was bad again. I complained and sent photos again of the warped siding. He sent 2 guys this time and the siding lasted for about 4 months. It started to fall again and I reached out to the owner. He did not respond until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Even then he kept lying saying the he would send someone or come by. NEVER happened. I have since filed a complaint with the MO Attorney General and if this doesn’t work to get my money back, I will file papers to sue them in court. I am a single mother and had to get a loan in order to pay this company. I am still making payments on the loan and the siding is falling off my home. It’s not right and I’m going to be a thorn in someone’s side until I am compensated. Why have a 5 year warranty if they don’t uphold it? Photos are attached. Homeowners BEWARE!!!!
