Andy Ramirez did a very professional job re-roofing my mother’s 3/2 home. The project was complicated by old asbestos tiles that had to be abated prior to the installation of the new roof. I was out-of-state trying to get the job done long distance. Andy and his crew came to my rescue. He accurately diagnosed the condition of the roof from the beginning and quickly put together a plan for abatement and re-roof. Andy kept me informed every step of the way and provided photographs and commentary along the way. The whole process was wrapped up in two days. His post construction paperwork followed just a few days after completion. I was treated professionally and politely throughout the process by everyone on the Garrett Roofing team. After many quotes I finally decided to give my job to Garrett Roofing. I had spoken to one of my neighbors who used them for his roof and was satisfied with their service. Right from the start I felt very comfortable in making the right choice. My replacement actually consisted of two roofs. I met with Colton who actually spent the time to climb up onto both of my roofs. He then proceeded to get me the quote which I accepted. The crew that did both of my roofs were very professional and safe. They all worked like a well-oiled machine. I also need to mention Sami and Andy who were there supervising their crew. Garrett Roofing did a complete reroof of our house after we found a leak in our 18-year-old roof. They did an excellent job, were always on time, the work crew was exceedingly competent and hard working, and we could not be more pleased with the quality and workmanship. They know what they are doing and were very professional: gave a detailed photo inspection of leak, complete estimate of repair costs and expected warrantee/permits/roofing material used/wind mitigation reports for home insurance, coordinated delivery of all building materials at start of work, work completed in 4 days, and all questions answered competently. We are very pleased and highly recommend them.

They did a great job and were very expedient. And the price was right, $10000. However, less than 30 days after the installation, there was a freak wind event, and 2 tiles had come off. And they would not replace them without another $250 so I was very disappointed.

Starting with Colton and our initial visit, it was evident to me you have put together a great team that emulates your business values. I don’t think any of us expected the process to take so long to get the insurance company to take responsibility to acknowledge and step up to the plate to pay for a complete roof. But, with your help and encouragement to me, we moved forward with the assistance of the Public Adjuster and made it happen.
As a sales guy, Colton is a super star. Never once did he deflect from focusing on my best interests and understanding my circumstances. No doubt, both of our patience were stretched but there was never any of that self-serving push to get the job done just so he could get paid and move on.
And, then yesterday when your crew led by Yancey and Sammy showed up to do the job, it was immediately evident that they belonged on your team. They continued to focus on total customer satisfaction and diligently doing all of the necessary repairs that were only discovered after the initial tear-off. Those necessary repairs were much more time consuming to properly address, but there was never an issue. This attention to customer satisfaction continued all the way to the end including clean-up and then a walkaround with the entire team to make certain everything was done to my total satisfaction.

Have used Garrett Roofing for 15+ years. Started with patching / repairing to delay the inevitable of replacing the roof. Replacement was done 12 years ago and the correct roofing system was installed due to the way the house was designed (needed a built-up roof system). There have been no problems since this was done. Crews were on time and work completed when promised. Owner was very responsive.

They were super to deal with after the hurricane last year. I was out of town and they made it real easy to get repairs done and gave me a lot of peace of mind. Would highly recommend them.

Hopefully their work is better than their communication. I had a contract for a reroof and some porch repairs. They completed the roof then wanted payment even though they hadn't completed all the work. Reluctantly I paid for that portion of the job and I corrected a billing error where they under charged me. Then it took a couple more weeks to get the rest of the work moving. Now I've spent the last 3 weeks trying to make sure the work by their subpar sub contractor was done correctly. I've called their office multiple times a week and requested that Rick call me since his employees never called me back. I eventually got an email stating that he thought my porch roof had been fixed, still no calls from anyone. Then today the Rick, who I believe is the owner, called to threaten me with a lien on the house for non payment. So the guy wouldn't return my calls when I requested to speak to him about the job but has time to call and threaten a lien. I would definitely not recommend them, I'm just hoping the work holds up so I don't have to deal with them for a warranty issue.

Saving for a new roof took us a while and naturally we were cautious in our selection. My wife works for the university as an analyst and we did careful research before choosing Garrett Roofing to install our new roof. We drove around looking at install jobs and their work was tight, clean, and way above par. They did a knockout job with our roof too (the local inspector said it was top notch work in fact). Their team worked hard, communicated clearly, cleaned up perfectly and met all deadlines. They're a great operation and worth it just for the quality, longevity and excellent craftsmanship.

This roofing company is outstanding. Their bid was competitive, they arrived EXACTLY when they said they would, they finished the roof a little earlier than they had estimated, they cleaned up the yard and driveway at the end of each work day, they left our home and our yard in mint condition at the end of the job, and they were polite and thoughtful about our comfort throughout the roofing process. They deserve 10 stars for their service and competence and professionalism.

Garrett Roofing spent two days installing a new roof on my house in mid-August. I am mostly pleased, however upon going into my attic to check the work during a recent hurricane, I discovered one area of bad wood that should have been replaced. The wood had splintered into big pieces, creating a noticeable soft spot when walking on the roof. They've promised to fix the spot, and once they do, I will be much more pleased with my experience. The crew was hard workers and very courteous. If the crew had any one flaw, it would be the "perimeter" clean-up. To this day, I'm still picking nails and little clear plastic strips out of my grass. Despite these issues, I would still recommend Garrett Roofing.

No money required up front, thats one thing that lead me to do business with this company. They held to their word, did an amazing job and even followed up with me a few weeks later to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend these guys.
