GARNETT CONSTRUCTION ROCKS! I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
We contracted with Wade Garnett to build a 20 x 24 garage with some unique specifications, and one extra item for the house. We are thrilled with the results! We added a 12 x 12 pitch roof and had hard stairs run to the attic of the garage. We are so glad we did that vs. pull-down stairs. The storage in the attic is enormous and is a huge benefit for us.
We have a 100+ year old Victorian farmhouse and the garage was designed such that it “fits” and doesn’t look like a “remuddle” job. We’ve had many compliments from friends and passersby, and I can’t stress enough how pleased we are.
The second part of the project was to replace the gable pediments on the house and to add one to the new garage. The gable peaks are very high on the house and a challenge my husband and I didn’t want to take on. But Wade’s team completed it quickly and easily. It looks fantastic!
Wade and I communicated regularly via text, work progressed steadily, and there were no surprises. He’s a local contractor which we insisted on, and we’ll be calling him again on other projects!
