I am very grateful to have found them after using other companies on island that were substandard. Without question I will be using them in the future and highly recommend others to do so as well.

I had a great experience with these guys! I had waited too long past spring for Powerwashing a huge tent that I utilize as a Temple on the land I live. Therefore it was covered in mold inside & out. Reggie is the very best contractor! He scheduled my gutter cleaning, showed up on time, shows before and after pictures. Follows up when he arrives and when he completed the job. Reggie and Ray are very professional and hard working. On the day I called for an estimate, they were able to respond to my residence later that day. I had an estimate emailed to me that same evening and they scheduled our soft wash of my roof within a week. Communication is awesome and they arrived for the roof cleaning at the time promised. Just as they were finishing up, it started to rain. They came the next day to confirm all the moss had been killed and would not accept payment until then. Ray and Reggie take pride in their work and I highly recommend them.

These 2 did an amazing job. My eaves were covered in mold..the rain gutters were like a garden and filled to the rim..the walls needed some love..they did it all..I love to go outside now and I can sleep with my windows open..I'm very HAPPY!!

Reggie and Ray cleaned the exterior walls, eaves, front and back decks, steps, windows--even the screens, what a bonus! Looks great.
The day of the scheduled wash, the water was turned off because of a main break down the road--the Ganir brothers were so adaptable and rescheduled a few days later...then THAT day it was raining. But they worked hard, got the job done, and communicated with me that evening.

We highly recommend Ganir for your cleaning needs. They returned our first call immediately and scheduled an estimate the same day. They showed up on time. They are Kauai local guys.

That night they sent us a very reasonable detailed estimate. We then scheduled a window and exterior cleaning.

They showed up on time with new state of the art equipment. They worked all day while we were gone.

When we returned the cleaning was first class. They even cleaned our tiled outside floors without asking. Everything was put back in place and they left our home spotless.

They are nice guys who communicate and work hard. We look forward to having them clean again.
