Wonderfull Team work...they were so good when I had a roofing problem...I'll definetly use these guys again....I also recommend Frank for any kind od work that needs to be done...

Great Contracting Service. Frank was quickly able to diagnose and resolve multiple issues and provided a detailed explanation as to why the issues occurred and how to prevent them going forward. I would recommend him to anyone.

At first Frank was great. I needed a lot of work done & he came with a lot of workers & started making quick progress however, I quickly discovered that when he is not on site, things go wrong. He was honest & genuinely wanted to help, his prices & breakdown was fair & understandable. The following are all of the mistakes that I could remember.

Basement hatch replacement: workers left a gigantic hole in the side of the hatch. When I brought it to his attention, he had someone fix it. Because they weren't supervised, they simply reinforced the opposite side with more bricks, leaving the hole... which they patched with plywood instead of brick after I complained again.

Backyard: they left my sump pump drain pipe sticking straight up in the air (~10ft), if I didn't catch it, it could have caused a flood.

Replace 3 windows: I had to chase them for weeks to complete this job. When they came back, they accidentally replaced 4 windows, not 3.

Microwave: I chased them around to replace a mounted microwave. It turned into an electrical job. They ended up adding a new vent - without asking. This of course added to the bill.

Ceiling work: I had several ceilings re-plastered. One of the fans never had the control receiver reconnected in the housing. They told me it was broken, then I found the disconnected controller. They have still not fixed it, so I am going to have another contractor fix this mistake.

They also left tools on my property for weeks. This wasn't a major deal, but it was for a very long time, maybe 2 months.
