Professional, trustworthy and honest. I was thoroughly happy with Francisco’s work. He worked honestly and transparently through the entire process. He was respectful of our tenant and the property in the process. Everything was easy, efficient and high quality.

Many thanks to Francisco's Roofing for doing such a great job on our tile and flat roof. We have called numerous roofers previous to Francisco's Roofing and I wish I would have found Francisco's Roofers sooner! Local, small business, veteran owned and skilled!! A lot of roofers shy away from tile jobs or do bad quality work but not them. The entire process was easy and communicative. Quality licensed work with permit approvals. They don't bring an unsightly trash bin and leave it they remove all the trash same day. All the workers are very professional, on time and take pride in their work! I can't say enough good things about these guys. No job is too big or too small for them. They are all very down to earth and really great at what they do! I've called other local businesses and I have not found anyone that has given the solutions that Francisco's roofing has. Definitely recommend you call them first! A+++++ for sure!

Francisco and his team did a complete tear-off and re-roof of my modest 1910 bungalow. I now have the prettiest roof in the neighborhood and (more important) I have a roof that will last for decades.

Francisco and sons are terrific! To begin with David came out for a quote after heavy winds had blown off multiple shingles. He gave me a fair quote and repaired the roof. Shortly after, Francisco Sr. and Jr. were installing a brand new roof with 6 new vents. I am pleased that such a hard working family collaborated on the project.

Francisco Jr. gave my roof a tune up, thoroughly sealing every crack or gap where needed, especially the vent and chimney flashings and repairing loose flashings with screws, and painting all my vents and flashings, he did an excellent job! I recommend him highly.

I’m posting here after a very long wait and ample time/opportunity for this company to do the right thing. In march of this year, this company did a roofing job on our complex and, shockingly for a roofing company, neglected to account for the possibility of rain. As you can see in the video in my review, it eventually did rain and the roof was not covered in time to prevent the water that seeped through the roof and drained into multiple rooms of our home. What’s worse is that the water wasn’t just rain water, but water that went through crevices that birds lived in. That means that bird feces mixed with rain water drenched our clothes, beds, workout equipment and was everywhere on our floor. It smelled AWFUL. At the recommendation of my neighbor I decided not to take legal action because they mentioned the company was small and would hurt a family business so I agreed because they were, at first, apologetic and promised they would right the wrong. While they did dry clean our clothing, replaced some of my equipment, and offered us some minimal compensation, they left the ceiling in multiple rooms unpainted after plastering them. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them, but they’ve ignored my messages after failing to come by and fix this. I have been cordial the entire time and I’m honestly surprised they have as high of a rating on this service when this has been our experience with them. I highly recommend you look somewhere else if you want the services of a reputable roofing company that’s responsive to their customers and interested in doing the right thing.

Francisco was very communicative and detailed with what needed to be fixed! Out of several contractors we consulted he knew right away what we needed to repair. We will be using him again for any roofing needs!

We had a great experience with Francisco’s to re-roof an old garage. Francisco Jr. understood exactly what we were asking for, came in with the best bid, had a crew out within a week, and finished in a day. The work was done well, they were on the up-and-up about everything they did, and they left our back yard cleaner than they found it. The timing was amazing - in a world where most projects take twice the time and budget, for Francisco’s team to finish in 3/4 of a day after they quoted 1-1.5 days was impressive, especially considering our other quotes were 2-5 days for the project. Francisco and team were professional, friendly, prompt, easy to work with, and did a great job - this was a better experience than we could have hoped for, and would definitely recommend Francisco’s!

Fransisco and his team were terrific. I got a fast and free quote at a fair price compared to other local contractors. I scheduled for the work to be done while I was out of town so I can’t comment much on the teardown and installation process. The crew was able to do everything without interior access to the home. The team took care to ensure that nothing in our yard was damaged and that the entire space was clean and tidy upon completion. The roof looks amazing and other than that you’d never know any work had been done since everything else was exactly how it was left. 5 Star review, great workmanship and communications

Our house is a 4 bedroom, one story. After reviewing the online reviews, we asked three roofing companies to provide quotes, each laddered the roof, took measurements, and Francisco's Roofing came in with the best price, with the better layer look shingle in light color for solar reflection, and provided a full scope of work and timeline that was better defined than the other bidders.

For the house, covered patio, and detached garage, we hired Francisco's Roofing Inc. to remove the old roofing shingles, replace damaged wood facial boards in 4 locations, install two new tinted skylights, install new shingles and install seamless rain gutters. They pulled the city permit under their California contractor's license, and went to work, first day with seven-man crew, pulled off the old roof and hauled away all of the old material. Francisco would text / call me ahead of time to lay out the tasks for the day, always keeping us updated. The crew cleaned up at the end of each workday. There was two city inspections, before roof install and final inspection, both pass with flying colors, no issues. The crew all wore logo shirts for identification, a porta-pottie was brought in for the crew, so they did not have to come into the house to use the restroom, which the other bidders did not do.

In closing, Francisco's Roofing is highly recommended, they stuck to their quoted bid with no extra costs, are very responsive and communicate, go above and beyond in performing the work, proud to show their workmanship, especially around the flashing for the both the chimney and skylight areas, are respectful of our home and dog, cleaned up after each day, the job was completed within the quoted time, and best of all, the roof passed with the recent rain storm before Thanksgiving, FIVE STARS!!

I had to replace my 20+ year-old roof, and I chose Francisco's roofing not only because their bid was very competitive, but Francisco Jr. impressed me with his thoroughness and professionalism. I was not disappointed..they found very damaged wood which they replaced with additional plywood at a reasonable cost, did a great job applying the new roofing material, and did a thorough clean-up. I highly recommend Francisco's Roofing. I contracted them to do my 92 year old mother's property with 3 buildings. In a couple of weeks the roofs were severely tested by the tropical storm of mid August, 2023. The roofs successfully passed. Francisco's Roofing crew work with craftmanship and teamwork. We were very happy with our roof replacement by Francisco and his crew. Francisco was very communicative and there were no surprises anywhere in the process. Not only was their bid one of the best, but they included a lot that would be extras with other companies. I was kept informed the whole time. My only criticism was the number of nails and some debris that was left on the property (I was worried about getting a flat tire). Once I brought this to Francisco’s attention, he was there almost immediately going over our whole property to make sure there were no more. Would definitely recommend Francisco’s Roofing!

Francisco and his son completed a total removal and installation of a new flat roof for a fair price and just in time for the winter storms. They communicated with us through the whole process of tearing off our old roof, installing insulation, new decking, new solar vents, and of course a new roof. The whole process, which included inspections, was completed in the timeline they provided. It was just in time as the past month has sent storm after storm. Price and quote: they were the best of three quotes in terms of material/service for the price. The process was straightforward vs others that seemed to be more sales pitches with upsell options.

Installation: they quickly scheduled around my availability and worked around the rain, preparing the roof accordingly. Also the crew was professional and cleaned up every day.

End result: they walked me through every part of the process, and came back multiple times to ensure everything was done properly. And can confirm after some heavy rain, all previous leaks are fixed and the house looks more modern than before.

Francisco's Roofing came out to inspect our roof, reposition tile, and install drip edging on our tile roof just before a storm. Our previous roofer installed the tile roof in a way that did not allow enough overhang which let water drip in-between behind our stucco and they refused to acknowledge the problem. Francisco and his son made the process fast and easy and It's been a massive relief to know that this problem was fixed before the heavy rains began today. Wish I had found this company sooner.

Francisco’s roofing was the best choice for my roof replacement. Very knowledgeable, fast turn around time with great prices. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

We called Francisco for an estimate for a balcony that leaked. They did a thorough inspection and gave a very fair estimate. The crew did an excellent job were friendly and cleaned up as if they’d never been here. But here’s the kicker—I didn’t like the color of the finishing coat and Francisco ordered another color even though it extended the job another 2 weeks. When these guys say they want you to be happy they mean it. You cannot do better than Francisco’s.

Francisco’s inspected the existing roof on a commercial building I own and ended up doing some grading and replacing the poorly-installed old sealant coating. I was looking for a good roofer to replace my 40 years old tile roof. I have met with a few roofing companies, received a few quotes and decided to choose Francisco's Roofing. They showed on time to inspect my roof, and gave me a good quote. I felt confident to go with Francisco's Roofing. They started work on time, brought all material needed, and worked very hard, especially Francisco senior, the owner. Their workmanship is excellent, detailed and neat. My roof is very complicated, their was a need for a lot of transition between many different slopes of roof. They removed and replaced damaged board, installed double 30 pounds felt underlayment, installed all new metal roof vents, new flashing around the chimney, new bird stops, new metal edges, metal valleys, reinstalled old tiles, cemented all openings. They had new tiles on hand to replace the broken tiles. They cleaned around house and hauled away all debris. They addressed all of my concerns without any argue and would explain what they are doing. I am in the construction business, too., and it is my work to inspect the job. I was on the roof very often taking pictures and inspecting their work. They said they wanted to make me happy and they made me very happy. It took them three days to complete all above, about 2000 sf. And when they finished the roof, there was a big rain, in LA area, prefect timing for testing a new roof. If you are looking for the excellent roofer, look no more, Francisco's Roofing is your roofer.

After contacting so many they were fast on setting up and estimate. Turn around time was better than expected. Loved that they cleaned up around the house after every work day.
