Had multiple leaks on a semi flat garage roof and where the roof meets the siding and flashing. Found Dan’s company online, set up for an estimate. Dan showed up promptly, happy and very professional. Took a look at the areas, explained in detail what was going on and called through the repair process in detail. Confirmed price and returned the next day.
By far, Excellent work, cleaned the areas, some repairs to the flashing, then sealed multiple areas with both a mesh and the sealant. Very detail oriented, and overall mission completed at a great price and workmanship.
Dan texted during the heavy rain 4 days later asking how the roof was doing and I reported Excellent! No leaks at all.
I would recommend him and have already to one neighbor, very professional, knows his field and great price and follow up.
