I had a horrible experience with ServePro in Kingsport TN it took them three months to come out and look at the water damage where my dishwasher leaked in my kitchen and went into the downstairs living room and flooded some of my carpet, ceiling, walls. Then they wouldn’t come back to fix it and didn’t have the courtesy to call me but told the State Farm claims adjuster. They said they had no one in this area to do the restoration/construction. The lady was very rude when I spoke to her everytime. The point of this story is I spoke to the preacher Nathaniel Maggard at a ballgame and he told me about Brad Moore and his business Fortitude Construction. He came out immediately and took care of my problems with no hassle. His guys are super nice and the work they do is exceptional. I will have Brad Moore and his company Fortitude do all my construction. He is very professional, nice, and wants to help people. So if you need any job done make sure you call him first because you will be very glad you did and happy with his work. Thank you Brad Moore and all your workers for helping me in my time of need because I have been waiting since June 15th for someone to help me❤️
We had a water leak from a toilet and had a huge mess with water everywhere on the floors and going through the floors under my house. Brad and his crew were on the job immediately and got all of the mess hauled away and things dried out. They worked with my insurance company to get everything lined out, to get things cleaned up, items moved, floors replaced, and walls repaired and painted. Extremely helpful on their advice, telling me what was going to happen, and when it was going to happen. They have kept their word on everything they have told me. It was been an aggravating experience in terms of having an accident happen but Brad and his crew have been the bright spot about the whole situation. I highly recommend them!!
