The CEO (John) of Foresight Renovations is a great guy. He was very knowledgeable in every area of construction. He communicated very well and was on top of things. There was hardly any down time in the job. His team was on the job every day till it was completed. They definitely made the stress of remodeling a bathroom little to none at all. The workmanship was top-notch. No leaks, no electrical problems, all the trim lined up, drywall was smooth, everything was centered properly, tile work was great, and they were CLEAN! Every day they played down drop clothes, put up plastic to contain the dust, shop vac the bathroom and the hallway every day. They never left mess anywhere. I am definitely having John and his team come back to remodel my other 2 bathrooms and having them finish my basement. If you need someone who won’t take advantage of you, cares about you in every step, and is very fair in price Foresight Renovation Is the way to go!

Foresight Renovations is EXTREMELY reliable, whenever we are in need of anything, they are able to quiclkly turn around with a very detailed structural quote or exceptional work. John did a very nice job of building front/side porch and back deck with new stairways. It is a terrific improvement to our home. Supply Chain issues created challenges in Project Management.

Didn't finish the job correctly and never returned to repair problems encountered months later. My sink leaks, the ceiling light isn't installed correctly and have not had hot water in the tub/shower for months plus the plug in the sink doesn't work. I now have to hire a plumber and electrician to repair the faulty workmanship. Would not recommend to friends/family.
