Foothills Exdteriors, LLC owner Randy Mason and work crew did a wonderful job replacing a roof on a very high pitch roof for us. His crew was very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. They even covered up bushes and landscaping to be sure nothing was damaged. Foothills Exteriors, LLC has replace roofs on several of our homes and our clients homes through the years. He takes care of all the paperwork for the insurance claims. Thank you Randy.

Randy and his crew at Foothills Exteriors did a great job starting with his initial inspection where he discovered Hail Damage. We had no idea we had any damage and our Insurance Co. agreed with his assessment. Randy was able to start work on our roof less than a week after we got clearance from Insurance. Roof was stripped and replaced in two days. With supply chain issues holding up parts for the gutter repairs, he had to return several weeks later to complete the job. He kept us informed with how things were going and was patient with the slower speed of payment bc of working with the Insurance Adjuster and Claims Dept. I would work with him again in the future and will gladly pass his name to friends looking for a good Roofing Company.

Company came and installed the roof in February of 2021. The roofers did a good job but I have had water leakage behind the gutter where the roofing shingles are not lying down so the water can run off and into the gutter. Instead it is running over the shingles and down behind the gutter. Contacted the owner of the company in April. Did not hear back from him so contacted him again in June. Now he is trying to say it is a gutter problem and sell me new gutters. Did not have the problem until AFTER the new roof was put on.
