Best part, Christian text me back immediately. He set up a time to come out and explained everything that needed to be completed on the chimney. His crew, Mason and Chris were very pleasant and knowlegable. They explained what they were doing and completed the work quickly. They even located someone to patch area on sheetrock that had to be cut at chimney. These guys are some hard working men. They cleaned up all areas. I am very pleased with their work.

Had to have some repairs done on my grandmother’s chimney before putting the home on the market. Flue Pros came and looked, and started working to fix it right there the same day. The only reason he wasn’t able to finish that day is because he didn’t have all the tools he needed. Very dependent and timely!

I had a great experience with Flue Pros Chimney. I was able to get an appointment early enough in the season to enjoy my fireplace. They were prompt and pleasant and knowledgeable. They took the time to show us our chimney through the camera and explain what they were seeing. Amazing experience from start to end. What started as a chimney inspection on a 2007 wood stove turned into an installation of a Napoleon S25 stove and new chimney system. We could not be more pleased and Christian was amazing through the whole process.

I would highly recommend “Flue Pro Chimney” to anyone looking for chimney repairs to be done right the first time. The came to our home and performed inspections on our chimneys. They explained what they found and how they would approach the repairs. The cost for the work performed was very fair. The two day job was done in a friendly and professional manner.
The thing that stood out to me is that they showed up on time, did a difficult job in some less than ideal conditions, cleaned up the area that they worked in and promised to return if we ever had any issues. This was the kind of customer service most homeowners would love to have.

Great experience with Flue Pros. They came to check our chimney which unfortunately was not usable in the current state. They had to bust out the inside and line it with a steel pipe which was quite the feat of engineering. They were able to work us in, came when they said they would, and finished on time. No complaints!

We had recently purchased a home in Wintergreen and were looking to have chimney inspected. I left message with Flue Pros on a Friday to see about setting up an appointment and then I proceeded to miss their call and message back. On Monday, they reached out to me and said they had a cancellation and could send team out to the house that day. They then called to give me their exact time of arrival, showed up as promised and conducted the inspection, cleaned up the chimney which had a great deal of creosote, and pointed out a few things that merited attention. The house is approximately 40 years old and the unit will require some repair.

We have never had a wood burning fireplace before (previous homes had wood burning stove and propane insert), and the guys gave us great information on proper use of the fireplace while conducting their work. They were extremely professional and personable during all phases of the appointment. Worked quickly and cleanly and charged a great price for work performed ( which was communicated prior to work being performed). We would strongly recommend to anyone needing chimney / fireplace service and they will be our team from here on out. We really appreciated the professional and welcoming demeanor of the team, especially as new residents in the area.

I was so pleased with the work Christian did on my chimney. He and his helper, a new trainee, were prompt and professional and worked with me because I had dogs and wanted to make sure we had no incidents! The price was very fair and he gave me some tips for who to call for another repair on my roof. I would definitely call them again.
