We have used Florida Coastal Construction on multiple projects. They always do what they say they are going to do and when they say they are going to do it and at a fair price! I highly recommended them!

I needed my roof replaced quickly, this company was the only one (of four!) that I contacted who could make it happen. They don't mess around and got it done with no issues. Price competitive, crews are in-house (I checked), dumpster was theirs - just a solid process all the way around. Roof looks awesome (and they gave me the forms my insurance company needed). Highly recommend!

I got a new Metal Roof, looks good, it's rained and no leaks and I paid 1/2 what a big name in Yulee wanted.

We had a few leaks and 3 other roofing companies attempted to fix. After multiple attempts we finally called FCCSI. They sent someone out the same day and found the leak within 20 minutes. repaired the problem and only charged us a small fee compared to the others that ATTEMPTED to fix our roof.
I could not be more pleased with them and the way they handled things. I will definitely use them for our new roof in the near future. I would recommend them to anyone needing an honest and highly knowledgeable contractor.

Scott and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with and exceeded my expectations from the start. The large crew worked relentlessly, kept a clean jobsite, swept for nails constantly, and even came back a few days later for a final sweep. Scott personally came out to inspect the roof during and after construction (a standard practice of his, according to his crew). Scott’s team was able to restore all the interior and structural damage in my home immediately and without outsourcing. Florida Coastal’s knowledge of the claims process, and seamless work with both my insurance company and adjuster, made my part hassle-free. My insurance required certain documentation, all of which was familiar to Florida Coastal, readily available and remitted instantly for quick resolution. And, most importantly, they restored my home beautifully!
As a North Florida native with a professional background in both insurance and construction, I didn’t need a reference when it was time to have my roof replaced. I have watched this company supersede its competitors in comprehensive construction knowledge and resources, superior craftsmanship, and a solid, respected reputation for giving back to the community over the years. Now that I have personally experienced their stellar service, I can say Florida Coastal gets it right on all counts and has earned another loyal client and genuine commendation.

Absolutely horrible as a general contractor for construction. Our job was never completed well enough to pass the final inspections. Problems in quality included electrical not to code, concrete issues, truss placement, door installation and code issues, and use of cheaper materials. They were extremely slow and took a year for just a shop (8 times the projected time until they gave up). They would only clean the worksite if we asked multiple times. Communication was poor. Either they didn’t contact us at all or they were just condescending to us. We only saw the licensed contractor when she picked up a check and the project manager never showed up for the last 7 months of the work. Maybe they can do a roof, but it took them 11 days for ours because they under ordered materials.

My roof was leaking after a storm, so I filed an insurance claim and needed repairs done. It turned out there was extensive damage and three businesses said the entire roof needed to be replaced. FCC had a was one of three businesses I called for estimates. FCCs prices were very competitive. Scott was by far the most responsive, professional, and transparent about the entire process. He walked on the roof with me and pointed out the damaged areas, then explained how the process works. He answered all my questions that arose during the process in a timely manner. When it was time to replace the roof, the work crew was timely, hard working, and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Although a foreman was here during the work, Scott came out after the crew left and did his own walk through. I appreciate and respect that kind of diligence and attention to detail. It has been a very positive experience with Florida Coastal Construction.

I’d like to take a moment to say Wow a company that delivers. Scott Huggins and his team at Florida Coastal Construction and roofing-stepped in after my elderly parents roof claim was denied by their insurance company after hurricane damage. Although the insurance process was challenging Scott and Laurie kept my parents updated and informed. I personally appreciated Scott’s attention to detail and his professionalism he has for his customers and fighting for what m was right and should have been approved in the first place .
The roof was completed fast and professionally and my parents now have a well crafted new roof with No Money out of their pockets.

Scott and his team did an outstanding job replacing the roof on our house. We had major damage from a storm that also caused interior damage. Scott worked with the insurance company to get all damages covered. The crew was very respectful and didn't leave a mess at the end of each day like other companies we have used. They made sure the repairs were thoroughly done rather than just putting a "bandaid" on it. I will be using Florida Coastal for any future construction or remodeling needs.
