Had a small flood in my basement Sunday, Brad and Victor came out and helped us out getting the water out of my home. they were very polite and helpful. First time hiring a restoration company and it is hard to imagine any better service than these guys. Brad and Teagan have been very professional, timely, clear and caring from the start. The communication is very clear and work area has been kept clean.

Unfortunately I had a pipe burst and unknowingly fill my basement up with water. Of course it happened on a weekend. I called them and within 30 minutes they were at my home, assessed the situation, and got to work. I hope I never have to go through flooding again, but if it did happen, I would 100% have them help me. Highly recommend them to anyone needing help.

First and foremost I apologize to Brad and Keegan for taking so long to get this review in.

We dealt with a major unplanned kitchen renovation over the summer that began with our dishwasher supply exploding and flooding our laundry room. We had shut off the valve a week earlier thinking that the dishwasher had died, but in reality the supply line had burst and dumped quite a few gallons of water *under* our lvp flooring and underlayment and leaked into the space between the floors.

They expertly removed the flooring, damaged cabinets, and drywall. They also removed the OSB since it had begun to swell. They then put in new OSB leaving me with a clean template to build off of.

They did such a great job that the OSB was even level! We had to do very little shimming to bring up edged of the cabinets and putting in new LVP was a breeze.

The other notable bit is, the owner likes to stop by and meet people face to face, and walk them through the process and reasonings. That kind of personal touch isn't seen in business anymore, and it made me comfortable knowing I'd made the right choice.

Brad. Keegan. You boys did an incredible job, you kept me updated every step of the way, and the company should be proud That you two are the faces that a home owner in crisis sees first. I appreciate what you gents did.

I would like to say I could not be more thankful for Brad he has been nothing but amazing. He's gone above and beyond for our family and he has let us know every step of the way of what's going on and I am so thankful that I have chosen to go with this company. Absolutely amazing he has given me and my family peace of mind during this difficult time.

Brando and Keegan were great help! They helped me move everything out of my bathroom and part of my backroom and even helped us putting it back! They cleaned up fairly quick and walked me through everything they were doing in my store! Thank you!

We found some mold behind our tiling in our bathroom. After previously having a good experience with these guys, I called them and they came quickly and checked it out for us. Keegan and Trynn did the majority of the removal and were amazing. They kept us well informed, answered all our questions, finished the work in a timely manner, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat (though I hopefully won’t need to!)

Flood and Fire Solutions is an excellent company. The whole crew from mitigation to rebuild are professional and prompt. Greg with the rebuild side really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I really appreciate his level of expertise and communication as I always knew what was happening and when. This company really does care about their customers and it shows in every aspect.

Unfortunately I’m a repeat customer but wouldn’t call anyone else. Had flood damage to my finished basement twice. All the guys that came out were great. Very generous company. Trustworthy and honest. Never tried to get us to do more work than needed. Came out super quick. Had no power the second time they came out and they were able to run everything off the trucks. Laid covers over all the flooring so they insured they caused no marks or damage. This last time Brad was the main person coming out and he did a great job.

5 out of 5 stars.... I just want to start off by saying having house damage is stressful in it self.... I'm so very greatful to Nate and his team who swooped in to help us with a basement water leak that caused mold damage to my home and our personal items. They came in knowledgeable, experienced and vey efficient. They have taken the time to not only go above and beyond to get essential items cleaned and back to us but have stayed in communication with us the entire way through. We are still in the middle of the project but so far thier industry knowledge / connections and thier ability to work well with our insurance is giving us peace of mind during this challenging time. Thank you so much Kayne Teagan, Dalton, Destiny, and Jenna. You all have been such a blessing from day one.

Brad and Tiegen were great! They came out in less than 12 hours, were so professional, explained everything that was going to happen, and took care of all the mold. They were thorough and found the water source coming in and had everything done within a day and a half

We had what was thought to be an appliance issue leading to mold throughout our mudroom, but Brad and Teagan were able to find a leaky roof valley coming down the wall instead. Brad and Teagan were the best and were able to teach me a lot of what was going on and further educate me on the removal process! Hands down some of the best guys I’ve worked with.

My basement flooded on Easter Sunday and I was at a loss as what to do. I called Nate at Flood and Fire solutions and he came over within the hour. The following day Brad and Tiegen were at my house promptly at 8am and they got to work. They assessed the moisture content of the walls as well as any mold damage and cracks in the foundation. These guys got to work removing drywall and cleaning and sanitizing the areas of concern all while keeping a clean and contained work area.
I highly recommend this company for any fire or flood damage, It's nice to work with people who are prompt, professional and tidy.

They saved our hardwood floors from water damage. Their mitigation work was immaculate and they did such a good job on clean up I was shocked when I restaurant after leaving the house in such a mess. They have been so patient and helpful workin through a difficult time. Not pushing us or pressuring us but instead providing information and guidance while letting us decide what is best for our family 5/5 would recommend.

Nate Jorgensen and Russ Rhudy were awesome to work with. The guys who did the initial discovery/remediation work (Dalton, Zak, & Russ) did an excellent job with keeping things neat and tidy. They also did fantastic with saving the baseboards. Great work to all. Thank you!

Had a plumbing issue in basement bathroom. Called Flood and Fire Solutions.
Brenda answered phone and was so friendly, professional and helpful. Then, Brad and Travis arrived shortly after the phone call to take a look at the bathroom. They were very knowledgeable and professional, quickly assessing what needed to be done and before I knew it, problem solved. Such a great experience!

We had a leak in a bathroom that caused some molding issues. I had alot of concerns and fears about safety and air quality of the room. I called and spoke with Brenda from this business. She was fantastic to assure me that they would get someone over quickly to give me a free quote. Within 15 minutes Nate and Tom came over looked over the damage and gave me a quote. I was very happy with the reassurance I received from Brenda and the quick response from Nate and Tom, they addressed all my questions and didn't put any pressure on me about any additional services. I would highly recommend using them for any type of restoration or mitigation services needed on a home.

Flood and Fire did an excellent job with the initial recovery from a very significant house fire with extensive roof damage. They reacted quickly and continued working hard to meet our expectations. They are excellent in customer communication and follow up. They also removed and repaired a household full of furniture and personal belongings. Despite the significant smoke and water damage, the large majority of items could be recovered. Overall we are very pleased with the services provided. To note, if your insurance company does not have a preferred relationship with them, the invoice review process might take extra time, If so, you might want to make a partial payment prior to receiving insurance compensation to avoid finance charges

This is an addition to the previous review, one year later. Today our furniture and personal goods were returned to our now reconstructed home, one year after F&F removed them for thorough restoration and cleaning, and then safely storing them during this long period of time. When they came out of the truck today everything was perfectly clean, no damage, and most importantly not a single trace of smoke odor (our house was severely damaged by a fine 15 months ago, and took this long to rebuild). Destiny, the person in charge of the restoration did an incredible job, and seemed to know each item even better than we did. Russ, the project manager along with Destiny, Tasha and Alex worked very hard in moving 2000 sq. ft of furniture and personal goods into the house with little difficulty and not a single item damaged. We cannot say enough good things about how well the recovery of our furniture and personal items went,,,, we were amazed how much they were able to restore vs. needing to replace... well over 90% of everything that was sent to their workshops came back in perfect shape.

Brad and Tiegan went way beyond our expectations. They took care of the mitigation process and we were 100% satisfied.
