Brandon and his team installed insulation, drywall, doors, and lighting for a previously unfinished bonus room. Initially, he evaluated the space and did some prep work on existing framing, ensuring that the drywall would be installed properly, and he framed out a new closet. Brandon and his crews were very professional and courteous while working in our home, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Workmanship on all improvements, including the drywall and its finish work, was excellent. In addition to the work on our bonus room, Brandon and his crew built a ramp for our storage shed, installed lattice work around the bottom, and he arranged for subs to run a gas line to our outside grill. They also did an excellent job. Brandon appears to hire quality subcontractors to work with him. He did a really good job of communicating with us as needed, and moved the project along so that it didn’t drag out. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of construction and was very attentive to our needs and wishes. Our goal was to make this space more energy efficient and prepare it for additional finish work in the future. That goal was achieved and we can already see that the temperature of the space is better, in cold weather and warm. My husband and I are very happy with the results of our renovation, and would recommend this company to anyone interested in home improvement assistance.
