Since owning our home we have had our roof replaced twice due to severe hail damage. Both times we used Ferguson Roofing. The first time they replaced our roof we were more than happy with the results that twelve years later we chose to use them again. I hope our roof outlasts us but if we have the need again we will have Ferguson do it.

So, I will start by saying I am completely ignorant when it comes to insurance. I filed a claim with my insurance company for roof damage caused by the hailstorm in April. To make a long story short, the insurance company provided what they considered reasonable compensation. I was not really sure the dollar amount was what it should be, so I called a professional roofing company instead; Ferguson Roof Systems. I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate action that was taken in an effort to help me out. Aaron explained to me how the insurance game is played, and personally contacted my insurance company to reopen my claim. Aaron did this without compensation. I really could not believe that a decent human, let alone a company, actually still exists. Skipping over some of the boring details, Aaron came to my house, did an inspection, took pictures, and went to bat for me with my insurance company. So, after the insurance company dragged their feet for a significant period of time, the end result was/is I was awarded approximately FOUR TIMES the original dollar amount!! It is a rare find when you discover a company that cares enough about people to go the extra mile because it is the right thing to do. So, if you are looking for a roofing company, I sincerely believe you cannot go wrong in hiring Ferguson!

We sell real estate in the OKC metro. Ferguson Roofing recently replaced the roof on a property in Tuttle. They did a fantastic job overall. They were able to get the roof installed in a timely fashion before closing while dealing with shingle warranties, upgrading the shingles for the new owners as well as doing a great job for the sellers of the home. Stop by their office at 3 pm for roof repair from wind storm. Owner Jamie called back within 30 minutes and sales rep Aaron was at my home by 4:30 with roofers on the house and repairs made by 6:30. Had some shingles get blown off and needed a repair quickly. Called Jamie and was shocked that he was willing to get a crew out in less than 8 hours to make a repair of 2 areas on our roof before the rain came again. Ferguson Roof Systems, and in particular, Jamie, went above and beyond from working with my insurance adjuster, to scheduling the crews, to regular check-ins to ensure everything was going as planned.

In replacing my roof, the decking had to be replaced in order to bring it up to code before the new shingles could be installed.

In addition, they tore down the old guttering and replaced it a better quality guttering and also installed the leaf protection to help prevent the gutters from clogging with leaves and other debris.

Throughout this entire project, Jamie and his crews were the consummate professionals in every sense of the word. I am so glad they came out on the top of my list of companies to take on my projects! I definitely know who to call for any future projects! Thanks again, Jamie!!

Awesome local company! Aaron came out to our house for an inspection (same day I called) and in less than 24 hours had our roof repaired from storm damage and at a very affordable price!

They came out inspected roof and had a crew on it, they did all the dealing with insurance company. It was easy breezy.

After extra damage came from the local ice storm they were able to get the old roof off and new one installed extremely fast without any problems. All the people I dealt with were extremely professional, would definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for anything to do with roofing needs.
