I want to thank United Home for there prompt and professional of my claim. I have only been with them a few months before my claim. That never was an issue, they came in checked my claim wrote a check and got the contractor (who was very good too) and it got fixed. SO THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH.

I've had home insurance with them for 6 years. No claims. I am recently divorced and filed partial bankruptcy. Rather than cancel me, my premium went up $4700! That's terrible customer service. I've never been late, missed a payment, nothing to give them any reason to doubt my continued consist payments.

So we call because we had floor joist damage from a leak. They say we need a new roof due to storm damage. My contractor shows my husband and takes pictures of two pieces of wood, behind the fireplace with major damage which has caused the floor damage as well as a leak under my tub. But after coming back out here 3 separate times, they now won't pay for the additional damage, claiming it was caused by ground water. I have lost faith in humanity to do the right thing. Now I am stuck with a contractor halfway through the repairs so I have to clean out what's left of my 401k to pay for the remaining repairs. This company has no ethics or morals. I hope you all are proud of yourselves.

Had roof replaced due to storm damage. Was told that once repairs were made send in invoices for depreciation amount. Once invoices were sent now were told depreciation would not be paid. They’re a bunch of liars and thief’s. What do you expect from an insurance company. Bryan Ayers is totally a liar.

United Insurance company is GREAT, my house had serious water damage on the inside. So the claim was filed, the Ajuster came, and not long after I received two checks!!! Now all my repairs are fixed!!! The front office Lady was kind, Alex and Phillip were very professional and compassionate about my problems. GOD BLESS everyone at United Insurance company!!! Despite me n my husband not having any vehicle incidences in over 15 yrs, this company cancelled us 3 days after our daughter rear-ended someone (no injuries). Instead of a 1-time accident forgiveness or just raising our rates, they sent us a cancellation letter that just said "reason: other". No explanation, no regard that we have 4 vehicles insured thru them and in process of switching homeowners to them. Be careful of service/treatment u (don't) receive just bc their rates r decent

This company is a joke filed a claim over 6 months ago they came out denied the claim then we get a letter in the mail yesterday they are shutting my coverage off in the middle of a crisis epidemic!! when no other insurance agents are open right now! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! That’s pretty low down they would cut someone’s coverage when nobody is open to get new coverage! So there will be a coverage on Region 8 news so they are aware of how this business is treating people. At the very least they could have waited until this epidemic is over!

Worst insurance company ever. Will not pay for claims. Goes out of way to make sure that your claim is not paid. Had storm hit my block, hail and wind damage, all neighbors got new roofs no problem. All with different insurance. Mine, not covered, claimed workmanship on a 12 year old roof . DO NOT RECOMMEND! BUYER BEWARE! THEY DO NOT PAY CLAIMS!

They're a great company with friendly & professional staff. I filed a claim with them on a Monday, the adjuster arrived the next day, & I had my check for repairs by Friday. They were very quick as far as I'm concerned. People complaining in the previous posts probably just didn't fully read their insurance policy from start to finish. You get what you pay for. When you buy the cheap policy, not much will be covered.

Horrible!!! A gentleman insured by them backed into my daughters vehicle. I had a local body shop give me a quote for the damages. They sent an adjuster out and he said the damage was not caused by the accident. He said the damage to the front door couldn't have been made by his car but the damage to the back door and quater panel was. Now they are only wanting to pay to fix the back door and quarter panel. When I called them they refused to discuss it and said that's all they will do and basicly it was my problem. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. This company should not be able to do business!!!

Absolutely the worst insuranve company. Had severe hail damage 3 months ago and still have not received the rest of our insurance money. I was told 2 different times it was in the mail. One of their horrible empolyees nearly threatened that I wouldn't get the second check because their adjusters "high balled" the claim. He informed me they were fired and I should feel lucky I am even getting a second check. He told me he would mail ot that day. This was over a week ago. Called today and it's still sitting in processing. This company is an absolute joke and I WOULD NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THESE CROOKS!
