Mike did an inspection for one of my client’s properties a few weeks ago. His inspection report was so easy to read, he explained everything in detail to my buyers, and he was able to get out and do the inspection within a few days and coordinate around everyone’s schedule. I really enjoyed working with him and plan to continue working with him in the future!

Mike is great to work with! Very responsive and accommodating. Puts a lot of time into his work and shows it with very detailed reports.

Mike is excellent, he will find every issue in the home. He has a system for the house inspection so he is very organized, but will check anything you ask him. His report is really well organized with photos and suggestions as well as a scale for how important it is to be fixed. He is also very easy to talk to and he puts issues in a way for you to understand. He found many issues in our home that was already inspected, that the previous inspector did not catch. Highly recommend!

Mike was very professional and highly detailed. He took a lot of pictures and explained all possible issues. He even used a drone to go on the roof, pretty cool. He also did not over-charge me. Highly recommend!

Mike did a great job on our inspection. Although he did not find anything that needed repair, it was not for a lack of looking! Mike is very thorough, detail oriented and has a positive personality. Our specific request was very time sensitive and he was able to accomodate our need for a quick turn-around on the report. I would have no reservation referring him to friends and family.

Buying a home can be a stressful process. This is one of the largest purchases I’ll make in my life and I will live and watch my family grow within its walls. Not only was Mike sensitive to my needs regarding timing and particular concerns with the property, he diligently inspected the property (exterior, basement, attic, and main floor) where I felt extremely comfortable making this investment in my family’s future and what we will make home. Mike provided an easy to follow Inspection Report that had photos and simple descriptions to what I was looking at and what condition the items in that image were in. There were only a couple items that needed to be address and the Seller has agreed to take care of; saving us $2k down the road. My experience with Mike from Residential and Commercial Inspections was exemplary. I own several rental properties and I found Mike extremely knowledgeable. He was able to save me a significant amount of money because of his inspection knowledge. Mike was able to thoroughly evaluate the physical structure of the properties as well as critical internal systems. He exhibits true professionalism and I won’t consider using anyone else when I buy properties in the future.

Mike was very thorough with the inspection done to the house and offered sufficient pictures on the report for us to understand what was being described.
Mike was also timely with the apointment and efficient to do the inspection within the time frame he estimated.
