Exterior Construction of the Carolinas, LLC

We have used Nate and his team for all major home repairs and renovations over the last 4-5 years or so. It's called exterior construction, but they've replaced a lot of water-damaged flooring for us, put down new flooring afterwards, did laminate flooring in our hallway and soon also our kitchen, etc. Our largest job for them was converting a screened in back porch to a 4 season room. Whenever we've had any kind of issue, Nate or John come out personally to address it. They've very honest, friendly and we've always felt like their prices are fair.

Exterior Construction of the Carolinas did a great job replacing our roof and repairing our aging soffits. The quality of the work was excellent. Very happy with the results—thank you!

He took the time to recognize what I wanted, gave wonderful suggestions that I am very pleased with. John worked diligently to stay within my budget. Crew was very clean and communicated with me at all times throughout the project. I had all my windows replaced and doors. I am absolutely thrilled with the results.
