Devon has been on top of his A game working to get our roof and siding claims approved! Our house was hit by unusually large hail breaking numerous holes in the siding and deep dents in the roof. The adjuster has offered the bare minimum and is acting as if my wife and I should be more than satisfied with the numbers. Thankfully our contractor Devon Jacobson is not backing down! He’s shown great integrity, professionalism and detail in his craft! Definitely a contractor I would recommend and use again!

I had a fantastic experience with Matt and Scott. They made my insurance claim extremely easy.

Matt was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable during initial assessment. He walked me through the claims process, adjuster appointment, and build day before any commitments were made. He assisted me with the claims call, was present for the insurance adjuster meeting, and showed up to make sure build day went smoothly.

They were also very accommodating of my schedule, willing to answer calls or set up appointments after my working hours. I was able to schedule appointments with very short notice if they were in the area, Matt was at my address within 6 minutes of calling for one appointment.

They stand by their promise that the homeowner does not pay more than the deductible payment. Insurance did not cover a portion of rafter and decking rot from a supplemental claim, and Experienced Builders took on the cost and performed the work to give me a solid lifelong roof.

Build day was extremely quick. The materials were delivered, the old roof was removed, the new roof was installed, and the waste was hauled away within an 8 hour time period. After walking the perimeter of the house, the only sign of construction was a single aluminum roofing nail missed in cleanup. Matt personally stopped by a few times with a magnet roller to remove additional metal waste.

I did not personally receive siding services from Experienced Builders, but several of my neighbors had siding work performed with excellent results. The total time for siding on those jobs was also within 1 to 3 days.

I would highly recommend using Experienced Builders for your roofing and siding needs.

One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. I would not have a new roof if Dominic if he had not mention his concern for our roof when he was here shopping with his cousin. He was exceptionally polite, was in constant contact, and met all his deadlines. They did the whole roof on a commercial building in one day! I highly recommend!!!

Mike handled our simple roofing insurance claim quickly and professionally. He was available for questions and responded quickly to any problems or follow ups. The work completed was mostly done correctly and to my satisfaction, with only 1 or 2 small details that needed to be followed up on.
Even 6 months later, Mike responded quickly to a small related repair that needed attention. He was there with someone within the hour.
The billing/insurance claim process took longer than expected, but Mike was in touch with me all along the way until it was finally settled.
