We had our patio and walkway power-washed in May, and we are very happy with the service. Our coordinator, Nick, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions and requests. Our technician, Miguel, was friendly and treated our property with great care.
Since it was our first time getting this service, we felt a little lost at first, but now we know we’ll never try to do it ourselves again. Our only regret is not taking before-and-after pictures—everything looks so clean!

Excellent Exteriors exceeded my expectations. The technician arrived on time with a fully loaded and equipped truck, spent hours soft power washing the house and windows, and was very thorough. Highly recommend.

I bought the power washing service for my parents as a Mother's & Father's Day gift. At first, my parents did not want to have their house power washed b/c Daddy, said he was "going to do it." However, the more Daddy kept walking around looking at the house several times a day, the more it weighed on him so, he decided to get it done!!
Being my parents are in their mid 70's and have never asked for help.....Daddy of course, walked around talking the service tech, Armando to death as he worked, making sure he was doing the "same detailed job" he would have done. Lol!! Armando was absolutely PERFECT!!! He was working AND handled my Daddy with ease!
My Daddy called me once Armando was gone and I could instantly hear in his voice how happy and relieved he was. He described in detail how great each part of the house looked from the gutters, window/frames, brick porch, shutters, etc...... He sounded so grateful, which means Momma & I are jumping for joy!!!!

Collin, who took my call & booked me, was fabulous also!!!! He listened to all of my POSSIBLE concerns and noted each and every one.

Alfredo came by this morning and did a fantastic job on my 7’ tall wood fence.Hes a hard working,professional man!

William was wonderful. When he was finished, he showed me pictures of the gutters after guards that he put on. This evening we had a hard rain, the guards worked perfectly.

Team was great. However I expected a senior person to at least come and review the work. Neither of the folks I initiated the job showed up to make sure that the work was satisfactory. Gave me a little pause about this as it was pretty expensive.

We had the best service technician Osbaldo !! He has the most professional and courteous personality and yet efficient and fast ! I highly recommend him ! He deserves a raise !! Loved how well he did a great job, my house is sparkling again and he made sure we were happy , Thank you Osbaldo !!!

I have been using Excellent interiors for the past 5 years for power washing. I discussed that I was getting the house ready for sale and asked for some additional work to clean under house and other areas, as always the did a fantastic job. Assisted me with reattaching loose siding and put our gutter spouts better positioned. They rest our shed doors that were offset and unable to close. They power washed our gutters too. I asked for a favor to power wash my outdoor furniture cushions, with out missing a beat the technician said yes we can do that.

In our discussion I talked about the other work I was trying to get done, and the owner told me they have the services to do that work, painting inside outside cabinets and other work. I am getting a quote now.

I told them that Permatreat had come in and said it would cost 16k to address major pest infestation he saw. I was truly upset, since we have had a pest control contract with them for years. Excellent Interiors sent out a pest control expert to our house. After their inspection they told us there was no evidence that we had an active infestation. That there was a few areas that showed past issues That there was a few ares that needed cleaning that had been but were no longer active. Their recommendation was to do some minor clean up. Thus saving us 16k dollars.

Ultimate professionals who were never pushy and provided us excellent support, plus recommendations on other companies to help me with work that they don’t do.

I highly recommend them for others looking to do similar work or other projects.

Five stars, for sure!! Ever since I could no longer climb a ladder to clean my gutters, I have been trying to find SOMEONE who would do it, and do a professional job-- and to come when they said they would. EE LLC is the ONLY company I have found (after trying at least a half dozen other ones) who came when they promised, did a great job, worked safely, and charged a reasonable price (and didn't demand a check made out to the owner, and not to the business!) I am sooooo relieved to know I now have a company on which I can rely. Well done, indeed! Looking forward to seeing y'all again in the autumn!

Excellent exterior guys did a fantastic job. They worked all day and were very detailed also very polite and kind. The office manager Nick was also very thorough with his presentation and pricing.

I found Excellent Exteriors through a Google Search a few years ago and it was the only business with a high star rating. Excellent Exteriors is amazing! The quality of the work was wonderful. Nick, one of the managers, always works with his customers to get the best services for the best price. The prices were competitive if not less than others I have seen. The staff who come out are always professional, courteous, thorough, and quick. I will definitely use Excellent Exteriors from this point forward.
