I used Re max before and was blatantly lied to and hosed on the house I bought by Steven Jenny. I should have used kwelite the first time cause they sold my brother and his wife a good home for a good price and instead I went with what my VA loan officer told me to do and they gave me Steven's info with Re max.... Bad mistake on my part listening to them but glad to be using kwelite to fix this problem and sell the place after only being in it for a year. Sucks but that's life and lesson learned and I did my part by sharing this so hopefully it helps yall avoid my situation.

This was my 3rd house I have a bit of experience buying and selling, thus I have a certain expectations. The process was easy for the most part – minus one point I will elaborate on later. I have been working with the team for about three months. I was in the process of moving from out of state. The team was able to deal with me through long-distance communication for the entire process. The office and venue were immaculate, and professionalism is immediately noticed as you walk into the office space. They were able to get me on schedule as I needed a house ASAP. The agent was there at closing with the title team, and they were all nice. The agent was reliable, consistent and amicable throughout the process. My only setback was one essential piece of communication, and it involved $$$. I brought this piece of concern up early in the process, as my understanding was very different. The clarification of this item was not given to me in a timely manner. It was given to me the day before closing – this is a no-no for me. Keep the hard work and improve on areas where the communication needs to stay clear and candid, even if it is a complicated conversation. Although I was a bit disappointed, it is not fair for the team to have an inconvenience overshadow the hard of the team.
