Outstanding service very professional showed up when they were supposed to and did exactly what they promised. I would recommend them to anyone.Wonderful and respectful and honey company!! They replaced my awnings and now as soon as my door comes in, they’re gonna install me a new front door and screen door. Wish I would’ve found this company sooner!

Enterprise went above and beyond, not only to replace our damaged roof and interior drywall, they were also patient with us during lien-holder signature processes. Their work was quick and exceptional.

I needed a new roof on my home. Steve Leachman provided a thorough estimate of materials and costs. He supplied samples of each product that would be used. He provided the manufacturer's warranty on the shingles. I had a small window of time to get the roof installed given the lateness in the year and the weather. I was sold on Enterprise Home Improvements after meeting with Steve Leachman. I had some water damage to wood siding that he agreed to look at for me and provided a solution to that problem. Steve contacted me to move my project up due to a change in the weather that would have impeded the installation had we waited until the target date. The roof was done in one day, the jobsite was immaculately clean, and Steve Leachman inspected the project. I have 100% trust in Enterprise Home Improvements and will use their services in the future without hesitation. I had made several appointments with other companies before finally connecting with Enterprise Home Improvements. Let me spare you the trouble of dealing with a lot of bad actors out there who claim to be contractors for roof installation and fail to keep appointment, provide no information, are unprofessional in the interview process, and cause frustration and doubt about there being any good home improvement companies. Enterprise Home Improvements is the best.

had them install doors and windows in my house. the windows are crooked and/or leak. doors leak, been back and forth with them and their supplier provia for the past three and a half years. as I understand it from the manufacturer it was poor installation that's causing my issues. they have agreed to try and reinstall the 2 doors and two of the windows but the other 9 windows the overall poor crafstmansip and damage caused to my house due to leaking of the past few years I'm on my own mike said he just wouldn't do it. maybe take this into consideration...

The experience with Enterprise was great from first contact with Steve to finish. I had some windows replaced and new windows were great quality. The guys installing them were professional and cared about our property and cleaned up like they were never there. Will definitely call Enterprise Home Improvement again.

I've used Enterpeise a couple times over the last few years. They are always professional, helpful, and courteous when they come. They even helped to arrange financing!

The first time they replaced my roof and added gutters. The entire process was done in 5 hours from when they arrived to when they left. They laid out tarps to catch debris so no nails or staples were left. My gutters came a little later, and were done just as quickly as the roof. At one point I had a shingle come loose. They had someone out within a day to fix it.

This time, they replaced my front doors. They took the same care as I've always seen from them. They took time to be sure we understood how to use the new sliding glass panels on the storm door. They came back out 2 days later when we thought there was a problem, just to let us know it isn't actually a problem, it's the design (wiggle room for the doorknob).

I couldn't be happier, and will always return to them for my home care and updates!

Partial makeover of our guest bathroom went very well. From beginning to end, the service was great! Mr. Felty met with us to show us samples of the wall panels and flooring. We decided to include a top border/trim which gave it a more finished look. The flooring we chose had to be ordered and took about 6 weeks to come in, but we were happy to wait because it went very well with our granite vanity top that we already had in place.
The installer had the work done in two days and did a good cleanup when finished. The painting is getting done tomorrow! Thank you Scott Felty & Enterprise!

My patio cover is the fifth project Enterprise has completed for me. Honest reliable and do good work. If you have questions or issues they are always available!

I hate to give a company a bad review, but I called Enterprise to get a storm door lock fixed or replaced. This is on a door that they installed several years ago. They said someone would call me about taking a look at it. When I didn't hear from them, I called again and was told the same thing. After 30 days, I have still heard nothing and have moved on. I would not characterize this as superior customer service.

Deck: We got a quote on a Monday and they got started the following Tuesday and were done on Wednesday... very efficient. We got a deck rebuilt and it looks amazing and very sturdy. We love the details on the deck!!!!

do not recommend! gave run around on install dates ! never communicate too us about order issues on their part we had too call repeat times they never communicated too us ! they don’t care when we call! now we request a refund they are denying that
they have told us multiple times they be out too install and no show no phone call ! guy is very rude once he got paid ! do not recommend too nobody

My experience with Enterprise Home Improvements began at a 2023 home remodeling show. My son and I had already talked to a local contractor. Steve Leachman gave us answers to all out questions and concerns.
We had 2 bathrooms totally renovated plus new French doors from the dining room to the deck. The materials used, the quality of products and the skill of the teams was absolutely incredible and first rate. I have received many compliments on the remodeling job and would recommend Enterprise to anyone. Very impressed by the character and respectfulness of the workers that performed the work too!

There work was outstanding. Very professional and quality was put towards each project they did for me. You do not find service like that these days. We’re a little pricey but glad I chose Enterprise well worth the extra piece of mind. Knowing it was done RIGHT!

We had a shower and garden tub removed and a 6 ft. shower put in. It’s very nice however, we did have to have someone come back out to our home four times due to problems. One, part of the shower head fixture wasn’t completely secured to the wall; two, one of the corner shelves almost came completely off and two others were loose; three, the sliding door track wasn’t completely secured and leaked water onto the floor; four, the trim in the corner was half-way painted with sloppy caulking; five, the window in the shower was sealed, but when we asked them to place something on the glass (which we were told would be done), they placed frosted cling on the window, which was fine, but it was clearly done in a hurry because of the gaps between the edge of the window and the frosted cling. The two gentlemen that did the work were very nice, but when they had to return to fix what should have been done the first time, they were clearly mad about having to return. The last time just one gentleman came to fix something, he called my husband’s phone, but didn’t leave a message. He showed up at our home as we were leaving, since we had no idea he would be coming. He got angry we weren’t going to stay so he could do what he needed to do, so he sped off. For the money we paid, we shouldn’t have had to deal with that many issues. We had to rearrange our schedules to be home for them to fix things that should not have been an issue. If it was just one or two things, it would have been easier to deal with. I considered two stars, but gave three because the gentleman who gave us the estimate and scheduled everything was great and I love my big, new shower.

My new screen door is beautiful. Installation was a breeze. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Quality work all around. Highly recommend to everyone.

Very professional and thorough. A large tree (61” diameter tree) fell down on our deck and railing. Scott at Enterprise worked with us so well. Enyerprise secured the deck, railing and infrastructure up to present building code and ordered the necessary parts to blend in. It looks as good as new. Thanks so much.

Wonderful experience with this company! We had our bathroom remodeled and a new front door installed. The professionalism of the team was top notch. Our home contained many obstacles due to age and water damage, but the team met each one. I appreciate that they traveled 2 hours to do my home, I know that was a hard ask. They came on time every day, with no trace they'd been there other than the improvements. I will 100% recommend this company to anyone I know and will call with any further needs. Everything exceeded my expectations. And I felt comfortable as a woman being home alone with the team they brought out. I am absolutely loving my new shower!

Called to have them come out and do an estimate to have a small deck and ramp put in. I explained that we are going through medicaid to have it built and need 3 estimates to send in. I was told by the respective over the phone that yes they can do that for us and we set up a date and time for them to come out. They came out and told us there’s no point in doing an estimate because it would be too much due to having to pay the crew and it being too small of a job. Mind you this was being done for an elderly homeowner who is in her 90’s. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just give us the estimate. Frustrating asking for something so simple and not getting it.

Thrilled with new windows. It has changed and updated my home ‘s appearance . I am so proud of how they look. No more drafts and moisture getting in through the windows. The staff and installers addressed all my questions and concerns. They do amazing work. I have had them install front and back doors as well as build a deck in the past. I will continue to utilize them for future projects.

We have had all of our windows replaced by them and now our garage exterior redone. Hands down a great company to do business with.
We have referred them to many family and friends and will continue to do so.

We are SO happy with our new front door that they sold & installed for us. It’s high quality and beautiful. We’ve received so many compliments on the new door. Their work is outstanding. They were professional and efficient and finished the job quickly as promised. They even sweetened the deal by completing another small project while they were here. The entire process from selecting the door until installation was a breeze. We are also very thankful for the health accommodations they provided for our high risk family. We couldn’t recommend them enough and will be using them for all other home improvement needs!

Mike and his guys were great. I called for about a roof leak with water running out of a light in my kitchen. Mike showed up in less than an hour and climbed into my attic and on the roof with storms Rollin in. Located the leak and fixed it all before he left. I will call them again!!

They were very professional. Everything went as planned and had zero problems They installed new front and rear entrance doors and also new front and rear storm doors. All colors for all the doors where exactly what we ordered and the installation job was perfect. I will definitely be using Enterprise for any repairs or improvements in the future.

I had them install a couple sets of doors. Sales and install were professional. There was an issue with my front door, and they worked with the manufacturer and brought people out to get it fixed. It took awhile, but instead of walking away they took the time to make sure everything was correct.

Picked Enterprise based on reviews and length of time in the business. Had a new roof installed on the house and then a patio roof built. Both turned out great. Crews were great and cleaned everything up like they were never here.

My experience with the salesman and installers was excellent. I love all 3 doors and 1 window I purchased. The only issue I had was one specialty item took very long to arrive, about 4 months later than first promised. But this was during Covid so this was the reason given.

The pricing seems a bit high, but the finished product is very attractive, the workers are very efficient, and the staff are personable.

Beautiful doors, amazing what a difference the doors made in eliminating drafts, and reducing the noise level from outside. The scheduler and installers could not have been more professional & accommodating. The installers worked really well together as a team. Cleaned up the debris and took away my old doors. This company was recommended by a neighbor, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacing their entry door(s).

Enterprise just completed a job on my house. New gutters, soffits, under porch and vertical siding. They did an excellent job and are very professional. They were on time and it only two two days for all the work. The crew that did the work were carful craftsmen and definitely care about their work: they are very reasonably priced and I would recommend!
