After our crawlspace flooded from a broken water line, we had no idea what to do. Through a recommendation from our HVAC contractor, we ended up calling Elite Restoration. From the beginning we were assured everything was going to be ok and walked through the entire process of getting our house back to normal by Jessica and Mike. Both were outstanding to work with and perfect for our mental wellbeing in such a chaotic time.

After the mediation was complete, we began the construction process with Devon. He was understanding and adamant about doing great work and restoring our house, not only to its original condition, but better. We couldn't be happier with the way our home turned out. We love everything about our "new" home. Anything we asked Devon to do, he got done for us and was cordial and professional the entire time.

I also have to mention Rosa, who we never actually met, but spoke to several times through the process. She was steady in checking in with us and making sure we were happy about the progress being made.

We were very impressed with Elite and the way they operate their business from all facets. I would highly recommend them for any restoration project. They made a bad situation as good as it could possibly be.

My crawl space flooded so I called elite Jessica showed up in about 30 minutes & within a few hours had the water pumped out & located the problem. Laundry room was damaged do to leak. They were quick to get her done. Did a nice job, were friendly, informative and cleaned up nicely before he left.

I had water damage at my home due to a fridge leak. I called Elite Restoration in Meridian and I’m glad I did! Brenon and the crew got straight to work in a timely manner to assess and mitigate the damage. Kept me posted on everything daily and were very professional. Thankyou Brenon and the crew!

I was interested in a restoration service and paid $150 deposit. That was my mistake. They spent 5-10 minutes surveying the situation from a distance. After 5 days I still did not have an estimate. I called and requested a refund. I was told that the estimate was completed in their office even if I didn't have it yet. I expressed that I didn't feel it appropriate for 5-10 minutes to be worth $150 and I was told that the money is never refunded.

I was having electrical issues with my bike and Jaryn took half of his day helping me get back on the road. He even offered to bring me half way to Boise and have one of their Boise guys meet us to bring me the rest of the way. Debbie and Jesus were also willing to help. Good people and good character is worth more than gold these days. You guys are awesome! Thank you!

We had to have some mold removal done and Melvin was extremely helpful. My 5 year old has asthma so Melvin was sure to take extra precaution and made sure I felt comfortable with the process every step of the way. Melvin was professional, kind, and got the job done.

Jaryn and his crew removed our old asbestos popcorn ceilings. What a huge difference. The crew worked fast and left our place better than new - really! They were very professinal from beginning to end. The bid process went smoothly and Jaryn tweaked the scope to meet our needs. The drywallers and painters did a very good job. Best of all, Jaryn's clean up crew did a marvelous job getting rid of the unavoidable drywall dust.

A roof leak in the fall of 2017, and the subsequent hiring of Elite Restoration has been a major regret. I would never recommend them. There has been so much wasted time and energy on poor work, bad staff, and major mistakes. I was hesitant to even give this company 1 star. I highly discourage anyone from Elite Restoration.

Bellevue Elite Restoration responded in two hours of a flood in my crawl space on March 22nd of this year. The entire project took a few months to complete as flood mitigation work went on and steps were taken for the future. Dallas Caldwell was the Project Manager. His courtesy has been impressive as well as the care he took to protect carpeting, keep me informed, and do a thorough job to insure it will not happen again.

6 months ago I had horrible water/mold damage to 50% of my home. My house was passed down to me by my Great Grandmother Francis. Bellevue Elite was so amazing when they came to fix a leak in my basement and were so efficient and helpful when they found black mold that was from the leak. They replaced the whole lower wall and removed all the mold. I am so thankful for their diligence and hard work.

A few years ago I had a flood that started on the second floor of my house. It went all the way into my crawl space and another restoration company came and supposedly fixed everything. After my family and I got sick months later we had an IEP come in and that restoration company didn't even properly remediate the mold. This year Elite came in and took care of my home during a flood. When the IEP came in they took a sample of an area that had mold. Elite properly took care of my home and I will always call them. Bo and Shane were very responsive and addressed all my concerns.
