Josh framed out a wall and installed these French doors to enclose our gym. Also installed the gym flooring.
Replaced an exterior door and frame as well.

Josh Zelahy and Elite Property Renovations & Repair did excellent work per our agreed upon budget. Our new deck looks great and when a problem happened several months later, he was "same day" able to fix it. When possible, I plan to use him for any future house modifications.

Josh turned an outside bedroom window into a door, installed the door and an additional storm door, installed an outdoor porch light, added two dog doors, and then built a beautiful pergola to include a privacy wall, extra-large stairs with hand rails, and to top it all off a clear roof. He is very professional, cares about the details, and made sure everything was completed to my needs. He always showed up to work on time and kept everything clean while working and when it was completed. I am extremely pleased by the work Josh did and would hire Elite Property Renovations & Repair, LLC., again in a heartbeat along with highly recommending him to anyone needing someone to develop and implement a beautiful project from beginning to end.

Josh did an outstanding job of a whole house clean out, move out, and repainting interior and exterior to prepare our house for selling. He goes above and beyond and takes care of all the extra little things too.It was nice to have one contractor complete all that needed to be done and in the time frame we needed. We have used him for multiple jobs, but this was the biggest and we would Highly recommend him.
