Hired Elite Contracting to replace my gutters, and had a wonderful experience. Brock was very professional, and took a lot of care to make sure the job would be done right, to properly route water away from the foundation. He effectively communicated how and why each change or improvement needed to be made, so I feel confident that the gutter system is adequate, and my home is protected. He even did a great job advising me on which color of gutters and downspouts would look best with the paint colors on my home.
I'm 100% pleased with the process, AND especially how everything turned out. Would hire again. Would recommend to others!

After scouring the internet to find a gutter service that was ACTUALLY LOCAL to Sioux Falls, and NOT a giant corporation that was founded in a different state (or country) we stumbled upon a yard sign for Elite Contracting while driving.

Brock and his team knocked out our home on 49th street. They actually had to pick up where another professional gutter company left off.

The price was fair and the finished product is great.

Their craftsman ship is outstanding. Their teamwork shows by how fast and efficient they are. Unlike some other contractors, they took time to do a thorough clean up at the completion of the job. I would highly recommend Elite Contracting for your gutters.

Brock and team did a great job remodeling our rental property. They did an exterior door replacement and reframing along with several interior doors and drywall work. Also refreshed the bathroom with new vanity and sink. They were able to complete the work within one week so we could get the house rented again. We were really satisfied with the quality of work and how responsive Brock was. We’re already planning our next project with Brock.

I hired Brock, owner of Elite Contracting, to repair our sunroom that was damaged in the May 12th storms. Also it was time to improve the entire structure. Brock is very particular with details and makes sure its done right the first time. The third day on the job his partner decided to part ways so Brock was working alone. A week later after their own family dessions Brock brought his wife into the business. Jessica is new in the carpenter world but with his guidence improves daily. They will make a great team you can hire and expect quality work. Thanks Brock and Jessica. We love our new sunroom.
