We entered into a contract with Brandon to complete renovations on our house and paid him on three separate occasions when he said he needed more money to continue (our fault for trusting him). We were promised completion by the fall/winter of 2023, in December 2023, when the other work was not completed, in a timely manner, we agreed upon a termination of our contract. At which time, we agreed that Brandon would give us a full, itemized receipt for services rendered, then any outstanding balances between us would be resolved. We spent the next six months trying to receive a receipt and refund for unfinished services and only received lies, like “quickbooks isn’t working”, “my phone was shut off”, etc. The only response we received beyond that was being cussed at. As of May 2025, we still have received no receipt, no refund and no response. Furthermore, the work done by Brandon had to be redone by my husband, as many of the support beams placed by Brandon to hold up our house were done so incorrectly and were beginning to bow and split.
Speaking to other previous clients of Brandon, this is a common theme, unsatisfactory and unfinished work, with money stolen. I would not suggest this company to anyone. In fact, I would suggest filing complaints to the BBB.

Elevation Construction did an amazing job replacing cedar siding on my weathered chimney and fascia that blew off in a recent storm. Most contractors were not interested in such a small job, but Brandon was happy and willing to squeeze me in between jobs. His craftsmanship and attention to detail was top notch and was more than fair in his pricing. I’ll use him for any of my future projects and would recommend him to anyone.

Our 32 year old deck at our Bear Lake cabin couldn’t withstand the winter of 2016-17. As it provided the only means to enter and exit the house, we needed to get it replaced quickly. We called several area contractors and none would call us back. We finally were connected with Elevation Construction through a referral from a local plumber. Brandon Messenger immediately called us to book an appointment to come take a look at our mess and discuss our ideas for a new, custom design that we had roughly laid out. He had no problem grasping our concepts and promised to deliver a deck that we would love. He made good on that promise. As we only visited the property on the weekends (we live 2 hours away in UT), Brandon kept us continually informed on the progress through regular texts and emails that included photos.

Elevation construction is competent, honest, and affordable. We look forward to working with them on future renovation projects we have planned.
