The son and father dual of Efficient Roofing Inc did an amazing job on my roof and exceeded my expectations. In April 2019, I had just recently purchased a home and in dire need of roof repairs. I opted to have a full roof replacement to make me feel at ease due to roof not being repaired in more than 20+ years. Rafael and his father arrived to inspect my roof and provided me with a quote that was better than other more known companies in the area.

I chose to go with them and I do not regret it at all. Rafael and his team were on time everyday and ensured that no trash was left behind prior to departing for the day. He ensured me that the roof would be done on the time we discussed and he did not disappoint. When I requested to see their progress, he happily showed me around the roof and was full of knowledge when explaining to me their progress.

A few months later after they completed my roof, I had a small area where water was not going down the rain gutter. This was no fault of theirs due to my roof being a flat roof and the layout of my roof by the rain gutter was unique. Rafael came out to look at it and took care of the issue at no extra cost.

Mr. Gonzalez does a fantastic job. He provides you with a fast quote, and is great at responding to any questions and meeting your needs. He gave us a start date and began exactly on time and everyday he would send me an email (if he didn't seeing me at the house) letting me know what they did and what was next. He completed the new roof several days ahead of schedule.
After the roof was completed, I had a problem with a tree trimmer who dropped branches on my new roof causing some cracking. I emailed Mr. Gonzalez and the next afternoon they were there to repair the cracks.

Another time I thought the roof over my garage sprung a leak in a rainstorm. That night he was here and showed me it was a busted water pipe. He helped patch it until a plumber could come to fix it permanently. The professionalism and care he gives to each client is the best. I wish every contractor was like this.
