I went with ECS Property Services for my handyman needs based on other reviews, and I was very happy that I did. Drew did an outstanding job on my full list of projects. He was very skilled and professional, and his work was done with excellent precision and care. He communicated well so that I knew exactly what he was going to do. He was very skilled at carpentry work and making repairs to old door knobs. He was very clever at figuring out why some old door knobs weren't working, knobs that they don't make anymore so I would have had to replace the entire doors without his work. He did an excellent job installing some new lights and doing some heavy lifting to repair a china closet. His prices were very reasonable and the work was completed at exactly the estimate. I'm going back to Drew for my next projects.

Drew did an amazing job on the things I requested to fix in my house! He reinstalled and painted the trim in the primary bathroom and painted the large and tall hallway stairs, along with a few other odds and ends. He was very courteous and on time! Drew took care of fixing my awning at my business and took care of all the weeds growing on the property. He also helps me take care of my home maintenance when needed. ECS Property services is excellent. They are fair, prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable in what they do. You can’t go wrong with them.

He came after hours to fix my dishwasher! I was basically sobbing in the phone when I called. It just started pushing water everywhere. He was very kind and a big help. I really appreciate him coming so quickly.

I was looking for someone to refinish my front porch, including sanding it down before repainting/sealing it. Drew with ECS Property Services answered my inquiry for someone to do this work. His estimate was very reasonable and I was very happy with the end product. He and his assistant were very professional and took their time to make sure it all looked perfect. I would definitely recommend him to do your project and I will be using him again for future projects.

I used ecs to power wash my house he did a great job.then I had him do some home repairs and painting.and he did a great job as well. I now always use him for my landscaping needs and cutting my grass. It seems like there's nothing he won't do. And he does a great job at everything Drew is very professional and polite. I would highly recommend him for any job you might have
