They were fast! Had the dumpster there and picked up as soon as I asked. Absolutely top notch!

Do not recommend! I had to call multiple times for them to come out to do a site survey. When I called today to find out why I was told it had already been done and they can’t provide service without explanation. The supervisor that supposedly did the survey “is out today” and was given his number to call him. What happened to customer service where the business calls the customer back? I’m not calling Eric Bullock back tomorrow when he’s in, he or someone else from the company should have called me to explain why they cannot provide a service to me even though I’ve had 18 wheelers, cement trucks,dump trucks, and 24’-30’ trailers that back up and turn the n my round about drive way.

I called Ecosouth to set up a dumpster and after talking w Eric (at length) I settled on the correct size. I’m from out of town and renovating a house we just purchased. Eric has become my go to person - going above and beyond, friendly the entire time. I feel like I’ve made a friend here. I can not express my gratitude enough.

I work for an apartment complex in Oakgrove and we use Eco South as our vendor. We have never had an issue with their services and any time I’ve ever needed anything they have gotten right on it. The fact that I can call and someone helps immediately speaks volumes. We highly recommend!

5 STAR company with a 10 STAR SALES REP! Most companies these days over promise and under deliver, but in this case our sales rep Eric Bullock has went way out of his way to earn our business and to keep check with us weekly to make sure our services are being handled as agreed. Most people earn business then forget the customer. Eric not only keeps check on our business needs, but he also has built a friendship within our business. EcoSouth has a asset running the roads of Jones County!

Eric Bullock was a terrific help with disposal of trash when I moved from my last residence. He was above and beyond in taking care of getting me a trash receptacle at my residence when I needed it,. He came the day it was delivered to make sure it was delivered and set up where I needed it. Thank you, Ecosouth Setvices. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would!!!

Honestly, we were not satisfied with some of the services we were getting from this company, so I called to cancel our services. Eric Bullock called me back to see what he could do to keep our business, he’s been a total game changer for EcoSouth! He definitely went out of his way to ensure our business was taken care of. We actually signed a new contract for a different location! If he says he will do something, He does it!
