The ECC Solar team was very response regarding the failure of my electric generator. They were able to get out and make the repairs very quickly and showed up to do the work when they said they would. They were also very good at following up with information regarding what was done and to let me know that the generating system was tested and up and running on automatic. I would highly recommend this company.

ECC Solar does great customer service. All the workers there are helpful and friendly. They are welcome to any questions you may have at anytime and respond diligently to any calls you make to them. They frequently would update me on my services and installation with PNM. Great products, great service, great workers!

After 3 years of research, trying and failing to work with two other installers, starting the process of doing it myself, and finally finding ECC solar, I have the system I want--a string inverter system.
The other Santa Fe companies I talked to would not consider doing a residential string inverter system. There are no shading issues in my case, and my system takes the power off the roof as DC from three strings in series and has the inverter electronics inside the house.
The other companies only do the microinverter approach for residential, where there is an inverter for every panel on the roof, and the power comes down as AC. I have the simple Solar PV infrastructure I wanted--with just panels and wiring on the roof.

What a wonderful organization to work with. I wish all my construction and remodeling experiences were as seamless and hasslefree as this one has been. Si, the lead installer, handled everything and made sure my needs were met. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their service and responsiveness. They are courteous, professional, friendly, prompt and willing to go the extra mile to help and problem solve. They always seem to be there to help when needed. They never fail to come when promised and they leave their worksite cleaner than when they found it. They not only did a lovely installation which has worked exactly as promised but they also disconnected and reconnected my panels and my service when my roof had to be replaced after severe hail damage. I would recommend them highly with no reservation. It is quite a special company that operates with such integrity.

ECC Solar is both very knowledgeable about solar systems and provides excellent customer service. We have referred them to a family member who also experienced high quality work and excellent customer service. When we had a minor issue they responded very quickly to remedied the problem . This company has both great skill and solar expertise and a customer service attitude. They have been a pleasure to do business with.

My first experience with ECC Solar was some15 years ago when they installed one panel on our small cabin. It was such a positive experience I relied on them for the installation of the system for our new casita some ten years later. They kept tabs on the performance of this system and suggested replacement batteries which enhanced its performance and assured that we are completely off the grid. Due to working at home, I needed to upgrade the capacity of my current offgrid solar system. Ben from ECC reviewed my current setup and based on my needs offered me three alternative upgrade options. He explained benefits of each option. Cy and rest of installation team were very professional and upgrade went smoothly. Ben followed up to answer any questions I had. ECC Solar saves the day! The dipole breaker that controls my X-240 auto transfomer went down and after an extensive search on line and over the phone I thought it was a bust. I stopped by ECC and asked if maybe they had a replacement and if so if i could buy it and save myself the trouble of driving to Santa Fe. The staff was more then helpful and provied me with the exact part i need at wholesale cost. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the area who may encounter similar issues or just interested in getting a solar power system designed or updated.
