I called and spoke with Juan regarding our needs for roof repairs. I could tell he wasn't happy with the repair vs. new roof but he did ask me to text all the details of the repair and he will come out the next day. He pretty much disappeared and become unresponsive. Very disappointing considering the alleged 5 star reviews they have
