Mario and his team replaced my aluminum siding with vinyl several years ago and did an amazing job, just today they replaced the gutters and the house looks even better. Soon they're coming back to install decorative shutters on the windows, I wouldn't recommend going to anyone else, Mario should be your only choice as the work is stellar, affordable, and fast.

Felipe has truly been wonderful. He has been on top of everything and keeping me informed through out it all. He's so easy to talk to and provides great suggestions and advice. I'll be sure to tell everyone about your company.

I contacted them about replacing my gutters. They came out the next day and provided an estimate the day after. The next week I had new gutters. They worked all day in the heat. Dynamic Restoration worked hard to get our home back to it's pristine condition after the storm we had. Worked diligently with our insurance company to make sure ALL damage was discovered and repaired.

Dynamic Restoration came to our rescue after a super cell hailstorm devastated our home. They helped us navigate the insurance claim process which was most reassuring. The initial insurance adjuster report was in error and it caused long delays. But the help of Dynamic Restoration’s office staff strengthened our position with the claim. Our neighbors who have tried to do it on their own are still struggling over a year after the storm. Dynamic Restoration replaced our roof, siding, gutters and windows. Their crews have been skilled, polite, clean and thorough. If we had any concerns they came back and fixed things until we were satisfied. Communication with our Dynamic Restoration representative, Fernando, has been immediate and professional. He has answered texts after hours and visited our home multiple times to explain things in person. We trust them so much we have asked them to do another project for us. We contracted with Dynamic Restoration to remove our existing deck and build a much larger deck with screened in back porch.
Fernando, with Dynamic was whom we worked with in the design build of this project.
The project went as promised and we are very happy with the results.
Before the project ended, we also worked with Fernando to install a new roof and gutters.
Everything went as expected, all work was conducted in a professional manner and we have a finished project to be very proud of.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Dynamic Restoration. Despite their advertisement claiming to offer free quotes (false advertisement on their website), they refused to provide me with one when they learned I was working with my insurance company. I explicitly informed them that I preferred to handle matters through my insurance, yet they declined to assist. This raises concerns about their business practices, as it appears they may be more interested in exploiting insurance claims rather than serving potential customers. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of their service and the accuracy of their advertising. I would not recommend Dynamic Restoration to anyone seeking straightforward and honest roofing services.

Dynamic added a four seasons room to our house and did a great job! They were reliable, cleaned up at the end of each day and did a great job!

I had Dynamic Restoration put new black gutters and leaf guard on our house last year and it turned out great. They recommended larger gutters due to roof slope and even redirected the outlets to prevent flooding. They did an amazing job. I also recently contacted them to help put my chimney cap back on after a storm and they not only got it back on, but also properly fastened to it wont happen again. Shout out to Fernando Bocanegra for making sure my house is always in the best shape!

GREAT WORK! 2 of our neighbors used Dynamic Restoration and highly recommended them but I still had 4 estimates from other companies. What made the difference was not only the  price difference but also the very detailed estimate and the quality of the products listed. From the other companies I just got by mail a short estimate without much details. With Dynamic Restoration I had over an hour meeting at our house (I had lot of questions!) and I learned so much through it and felt confident that after spending over $k Dynamic Restoration would be the right contractor. We signed the contract with Fernando (highly recommend him) and we had the best installers crew with a supervisor who spoke English so we had no issues with communication. We have so many slopes on our roof and the work performed by Dynamic Restoration was top notch! Fernando came by every day to check on the progress. We also met the owner Luis who is very professional. Every workers were respectful and worked so hard. Our property was left spotless. I had a big lunch for 14 people delivered so that they could have a nice break and sure enough they appreciate any kind gesture you can offer them. 
We were so pleased with Dynamic Restoration that we asked them to replace all our gutters. 
A very special thank you to Christine at Dynamic Restoration who fought for us with our home insurance. Our case was a tough one and she was so very helpful and successful. She is a gem!

I have had the best experience. This process with my insurance company has been a battle. Mario and his group took the challenge and helped me thru it without a hiccup! It all went well I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I am extremely happy with my roof. I will recommend them to everyone!

I stressed to Richard that it was of utmost importance that i not have nails all over my yard after the process. The photos show the mess that was left at my home the first night. Four months later I am still finding nails. (I have picked up no less than 150 ) Supplies and trash were left at my house for me to clean up. I spoke with the receptionist and barely got an apology.
Update- still finding nails. Just spent $50 on a tire for the mower from a nail puncture. Contacted them and no response.

I was so impressed by the work ethic of this company. They provided excellent service and workmanship. Christine, in particular when above and beyond to answer my endless questions and provided everything I needed to submit to my insurance company. Natalie was quick and efficient to provide me with all the updates regarding work schedule. My house looks amazing thanks to Dynamic Restoration. I highly recommend them.

The crew who installed our new roof was great. They got the tear off and reinstall completed in one day and left the area very clean and removed all debris. Would recommend them to anyone.

Poor form. Asked for a simple fix to my porch and they quoted and pushed for a full roof replacement. Seemed very intent on getting home insurance to cover all the cost with my deductible. Roof is new. Took two weeks for a quote and way over what would seem reasonable. There are hard working local roofer that can give you what you want.

This is the 2nd time we've used Dynamic Restoration for Roof Installation on 2 different houses. Both times, they have done outstanding work, very professional, and great to work with.

We had a roof replaced after a storm. D R was very easy to deal with. The insurance company and Dynamic Restoration worked well together well. The roofers were outstanding. They tore off the old roof and replaced it in 5 hours. Everyone nice to deal with it.

We used Dynamic Restoration LLC to replace our roof and to put up leaf guards on our gutters. They were very competitive with their bid and very professional with their communications and with their workmanship. We would not hesitate to use them again on future projects. It’s nice to see a local company do well.

We called Dynamic Restoration because our daughter used this company to install a new roof, Also their neighbor had their new roof installed by Dynamic. Mr. Josh came to our house and explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. We called another Company for a estimate and after talking to Mr. Josh there was no doubt who was going to install our roof. Thanks to Mr. Josh we had out new roof installed and our yard super cleaned. The installers were very good and the job done very quick, less then a day and a half. To all the staff at Dynamic Restoration a big THANK YOU!!

They were very professional worked hard and fast and cleaned up where I could even tell if I had work done in my on my roof and my roof looks awesome

Crew of 3 came at 10 am and left just before 10 pm. Must say they stripped and replaced all the shingles. It was very hot that day and the amount of work they did is mind boggling. A true asset to the company. Follow ups and initial contact were great too. Ola to the crew Attt. Also, the last hour or more 2 of the crew swept for nails covering each other many times over. Yes I will be a repeat customer on any other services I may need .

Thought was doing good job until they finished, and I started looking around and this is what I found, lazy work. After them following up on there work I want to recant my review, the company came back did a great job to fix the area that they had missed, this happens,I would truly recommend this company for service,I'm a very well pleased customer. Funny how their website only contains 5 star reviews. Many in Lawrenceburg, KY report substandard workmanship and ongoing problems. Here is my experience. Photodocumentation does not lie.
Do NOT use Dynamic Restoration! Took my 91 year old father's $ and installed a roof so poorly that it has leaked consistently since installation completed Jan 2021. They will blame leaking on anything but their installation which is absolutely not industry standard. There are places with no drip edge, places where they used no flashing but just stuck the TPO flexible roofing up the side of the stone house, multiple places where the TPO was patched (even with a material that didn't even match). There are places where if you lift a shingle there is BARE WOOD. The WORST travesty though is that they cut off the copper flashing that was original to this house and had served it well since 1946. This copper flashing was inset I to the stone of this house. They poorly installed counter flashing that was not inset I to the stone but rather was caulked like cake icing that has dried and cracked causing further leaking within one year. They will not stand behind their work. They will not meet with us to review deficiencies. We will now need to replace a roof that is barely two years old after fighting with them the entire time the roof has been installed. If you have questions and want more info, contact me. I will gladly tell you all about it. DO NOT USE DYNAMIC RESTORATION!
When the new roof was installed in 2023, there were places where Dynamic Restoration papered and shingles over rotted-through holes in the original roofing. They did not strip a flat roof all the way down, simply laying OSB on top of layers of tar paper and attached these sheets of OSB with 2-3 nails per sheet. Their flashing was so poorly installed that in less than 3 years, the OSB they had poorly installed was already rotten from leaking under the flashing. Do not use Dynamic Restoration.

They also installed new window screens on all my windows. The did a great job. And I love the new gutters and downspouts!

If I could give them a zero I would. This company came to my mother's house and promised to repair their poor installation but never showed up. I said in my first review that they were jokers and guess what, they still are. Take my advice and stay away from this roofing company.

They came out promptly to inspect our roof. They gave us a reasonable estimate for the repairs. The weather was bad for over a week but they showed up on the first dry day. We would recommend them to our friends.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The crews worked quickly and did a great job. We're super satisfied with the results.

Very efficient hard working company. Dependable, reliable, and determined workers, they did not stop until the job was done. The guys started working on my house at sunrise, stopped at sunset.(fifteen hours?) They did a excellent job!

Nothing but issues from Beginning to end. 4 repairs on the counter and step flashing, multiple nail pops and my roof is still leaking. The Subcontractors damaged our lawn, broke 2 windows, our concrete fountain and our vehicle. The Attic windows they installed do not fit correctly and are not sealed.
The Gutters and Downspouts are leaking.
The ventilation system they insisted had to be installed (Hip Vent) has to be removed and repaired as well as the flashing, per the GAF Inspector.
The ongoing issues have caused damage to the interior rooms that had previously been repaired.
Worst experience we have ever had with a Contractor!

Installers John (lead) and Hector. Excellent job, very atentative to detail. Cleaned up job site as they went along. They had a good working relationship and a smooth process. John insured job was done right. He keep me informed at every step of the process and allowed me to make decisions when concerns presented itself. Carlos was the sales rep,and he insured that the installers we're made aware of my situation before the job started. This insured that all concerns were addressed, leaving nothing undone.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone,even though they are nice people about three years I hired this company to remove a chimney and to replace my roof, I had been noticing my gutters leaking which they hadn’t done before they had done this work for me. So yesterday because of health reason was the first time I could climb a ladder and as I get up to my gutters I could see all of the damage that they had done to my fairly new gutters and gutter guards and no one else has been on my roof since they had done the work, I also hired them to build a deck for me and as I look at it more everyday the quality of work is not what I expected and they left me with a muddy mess underneath of the deck where they took out a flower bed but did not put any concrete back under it, they told me they would do that for another price which what I had already spent for the deck it should have been done. I have also noticed that where the concrete was poured around the post holding up the deck that water stand in puddles which eventually will rot the bottom of the post. I wish we had Mike Holmes around here

I am a registered professional engineer in WV. I serve on the Board of Rebuilding Together Charleston, Inc. We renovate homes for low income homeowners in Kanawha and Putnam Counties to make homes warm, safe and dry for the past 25 years. We recently had a homeowner who had an attic fire caused by a defective exhaust fan. This 100 year old house had approximately 40% of the rafters destroyed. These are not standard trusses and required an engineer to design the rafters and support system. If this roof was not replaced in a timely basis, it would have been condemned by the city building inspector and scheduled for demolition. The homeowner and her son would have been homeless.

I contacted Mario and the Dynamic Restoration Team. They were very professional and did what they said they were going to do. They demolished the attic roof system. They reconstructed the rafters, sheeted and weatherproofed the roof, installed 25 year shingles, ridge roof vent, new fascia, new soffits, new gutters and downspouts. It was a first class job from start to finish. I have been an engineer for over 45 years and Dynamic Restoration did one of the best jobs for a new roof and gutter system that I have witnessed. I highly recommend Dynamic Restoration for roof and gutter projects.
