Dynamic Innovation just completed a full house renovation of my home, and did an excellent job inside and out. The house had not been painted or updated in 20 years. In a matter of just 6 weeks it looks like a whole new house! I will use them for every project I have going forward.

We recently hired Sterling, Oscar, and crew for basement refinish (replacing the carpet with LVP and finishing our home gym), and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were second to none.

They were punctual, communicative, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. They kept the work area clean and organized, and respected our home (AND put up with our crazy dogs running around lol).

On Tuesday, Dec. 17th, I contacted Dynamic Innovation and inquired about the possibility of them installing my brand new double wall oven. The Project Manager Sterling and Oscar both came to my house and gave me a quote. They stated that they wanted to do the job for me the next day to ensure that my oven would be installed before Christmas. I was so happy because I called several places and they could not come out until after Christmas. They made my day! Fast forward, this morning at 8am sharp the workers were on time and ready to do the installation. Ellias and Julio provided the best service ever. They kept the area clean and made sure to handle the appliance with kit gloves. Oscar ensured me that the work will be done professionally by these guys. He wasn’t joking when he said that… Sterling called a few times to make sure that I was satisfied with the work being done. I was more than satisfied, so much so, that I asked if they could replace my oven door today as well. Of course they said yes… and another great job well done from Dynamic Innovation. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs renovations, installation and such. I plan to reach out to Sterling next year to do some additional upgrades in my home. Worked with Doug and Oscar to get our basement remodeled after some water damage, I've never had such a positive experience with a contractor. They were flexible, honest, quick, and most importantly the quality was fantastic.

Oscar and his team did an incredible job on our family room addition. They took our vision and created an addition beyond our imagination. This room is going to change our lives in so many ways. Dynamic Innovation did an outstanding job on my garage addition. Everything was professional, done in a timely manner, and the owner was onsite and very involved in the process. Will definitely recommend and use again.

When the ceiling in our family room collapsed (because it was built in the seventies when they used glue and nails), Dynamic Innovation replaced the drywall, ran screws to secure all of the remaining ceilings in the house, mudded and painted and replaced the lost insulation. they were friendly, respectful, on time and they did great work. I cannot say enough good things about them and i will not hesitate to use them again. You can deal with them in confidence.
