This company does great work!! They are very professional. The workers are very respectful and neat. They painted the exterior of my house, did pavers in the backyard, lighting, interior railings and added a shower in a half bath. I highly recommend.

We hired DHC for an extensive commercial build out (5 bathrooms, kitchen, HVAC upgrade, sprinkler system upgrade, fire alarm install and panel upgrade, and building reno.) and they did a miraculous job! Jevon spearheaded the project, then Josapha took the wheel. The coordination, communication, and quality of work was nothing short of impeccable. Our business has worked with countless contractors, vendors, and pros; and without question DHC’s system is superior to most. They truly set the bar high. We’re more than happy to vouch for them and give a 1st hand tour of their work at our venue.

Dynamic Home Creations was referred to me by my son who had major upgrades made to rental property that he owned. The work that I needed was not as extensive as my son's (I needed inside doors replaced, floor trim painted, and ceiling fans with lights installed in three bedrooms). From my initial meeting with Jevon O'Neal, I was impressed with his professionalism as he made measurements, explained the process of how the work would be done and the involvement of his team members, e.g., project manager, office staff, and technicians.
The technicians' work was done on time and exactly as expected. They were respectful of my home and property and always cleaned up after each day's work. The office staff was helpful in making recommendations on different design options for the ceiling fans. The project manager was always available by phone when I had questions or needed clarification about a specific item. To conclude, I would highly recommend Dynamic Home Creations to anyone needing home improvements. I expect to have them make upgrades to my kitchen in the near future.

After the first contractor basically abandoned our reno project, DHC stepped in and saved the day (and our sanity). Dynamic Home Creations (DHC) were recommended to us by Andersen and we are so grateful for this! After receiving multiple estimates for window replacement, we decided to go with Andersen 400 series which were not available through any of the local window installers. Therefore, we reach out directly to Andersen and they pointed us to DHC as their certified installer. Jevon of DHC came to take measurements and explained the two options for the work. We decided to go with the new installation which included complete removal of the old windows, re-insulation and re-trimming both exterior and interior (this allowed us to go with bigger windows). Jevon was very knowledgeable and took time to address all our questions. The estimate was the first big surprise because it was comparable and in many cases much better that the previous estimates for cheap vinyl windows that we had. The installation of the new windows was very professional and we were impressed by the high quality of the work. I would highly recommend DHC to anyone who needs well installed, new, and nice-looking quality windows at a very competitive price. Jevon told us that DHC does the full range of home renovations so we will be reaching out to them for our upcoming projects.

The team strategically approached required task, listened extremely well to request and were flexible within reason with regard to making sure final finishing touches were at requested level.
Photo updates were provided via the interactive communication platform. Debbie and Stephanie were flexible in the communication methods adjusting to request for text or email only due to my business schedule.
Projected cost for the project was open and transparent which allowed a robust discussion before work commenced. No cost overruns were encountered and no change request fees assessed as the level of attention in the planning phase reduced those risk.

After the IDA storm by basement was completely destroyed. I reached out to Dynamic Home Creations and Jevon came to my home to give me an estimate that worked for me. I was able to make an appointment with his office to review the estimate and virtual floor plan before the start date. Jevon and his crew started demolition and clean out of the basement which took a few days and the work started immediately. After each day they made sure the worksite was clean. Around 3 weeks later my basement was completely remodel. Throughout the remodeling of the basement I had access to review the project updates through my account portal that was easy and user friendly. Over all I had a great experience with Dynamic Home Creations, the office staff and his crew was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend DHC for your renovations no matter how big or small.

If this would allow you to give zero stars, I'd give it. I should have known for the moment I visited their office how unprofessional and cheap they are. I gave into supporting black owned businesses since I'm African-American myself. The items they purchased for my home are either discontinued, used, or just cheap. They charged me, however, more than what the items cost. At one point they were available to fix their mistakes, but because they've made so many mistakes, they no longer honor their warranty. I'm hiring other contractors to fix the mistakes they've made. They didn't use proper supplies for their work. Instead, they'd use my personal things for their work. For example, I would temporarily stay in my home during renovation to try and keep an eye of things. One day, they didn't know I was going to be around, so they used the air mattress was sleeping on to measure and cut, rather than using a table. Items that I purchased went missing after this company was working in my home. I confronted Home Dynamics about that; they never reimburse me for the stolen/missing items. The owner was very adamant about speaking to the workers, how he doesn't want you to. I could go on and on about the atrocities. If you so happen to come across this company, I implore you to avoid Home Dynamics Creations at all costs. They took advantage of someone who was trying to support black owned businesses and was new to home renovation.

I was looking to renovate two bathrooms in my home. The house is 30 plus years old and the bathrooms were outdated. I had gotten other recommendations from others that had work done, but usually with complaints about this or that. I viewed other competitors and after praying about it (I pray about everything) I happened to see the ad for “Dynamic Home Creations”. I thought the ad was interesting, entertaining and definitely caught my attention.

I made a call and had an appointment with Jevon O’Neal (contractor/owner) The consult was great. Jevon was professional and personable. I showed Jevon the two bathrooms and we sat down to get to business. My work began on the first bath and is 99.95% completed. Kudos to all the gentlemen who worked on my renovation. Benjamin, I saw the most, he is a hard worker and I appreciate his efforts. They are timely, professional and courteous.
I worked with their designer Eula Taylor and even though it would overwhelming for me at times, she was always patient and professional. Once, I told her what I had a vision of, they began ordering materials. Actual work commenced with gutting out the bath on December 5, 2022. I cried tears of joy upon seeing the project almost to completion. I think Benjamin has gotten use to my “tears of joy”. I highly recommend this company. They definitely put “Dynamic” on Home Creations. Pics to follow.

From the the start of our bathroom remodeling job until the finish this team of dedicated workers aimed to make our visions come true at an affordable price point. The team was able to do excellent NATURAL STONE MARBLE tiling and installation of all new bathroom fixtures. Jevon, lead contractor, and the construction team are highly skilled. Chavauagh is excellent to communicate throughout all the administrative work. Overall, highly recommended.

This is the third time that my husband and I have worked with Dynamic Home Creations.

We used to live in a 2 story row home in Bayonne, New Jersey and Dynamic Home Creations helped to transform our old home into a modern and polished living space. We received offers on our home after just one open house session and were able to sell our former home.

We had a very short time frame to close and move into our new house. Jevon agreed to come out to the new house on closing day to give us an estimate to smooth and paint all of the interior walls, sand and stain the wood floors, replace the cracked sewer pipe, replace our baseboard heating covers as well ad our stair rail and banister, and fix a shower that we discovered was not working on closing day. Because we expressed the short time frame we had to get moved into our new home, Jevon sent a team to our new house right away. We had not moved into the new house right after closing and we were able to trust the team to come to the house every day and work and lock up each night.

We are all settled in and the house is beautiful. The work that Dynamic Home Creations did in our home did not disappoint. The team even came back to repair roof shingles that we discovered were worn with age, helped us install our new ring cameras, and touch up any walls we felt needed touching up.

We look forward to working with Jevon and team again when they come to fix our deck.

I am pleased with the work Dynamic did at my house. Everything came out as expected. They were also very responsive through texts and calls and the payment process went smoothly. I would recommend them.

I hired and paid Dynamic Home Creations to build a 10'x12' shed on-site last October and I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. The contract specified a ramp was to be included with the building of the shed. To date, the ramp has yet to be built. Twice I was given dates they were going to install the ramp and twice, they did not call nor show up. I wouldn't use this company again to even build a roach motel.

These guys are awesome! We had two 60's style bathrooms that needed remodeling badly. Everyone we called either never called back, never showed up or were out of line on cost. Was ready to give up when DHC was recommended by General Plumbing Supply. Called around noon and they were at my house at 1 for estimate. Jevon was very professional and offered his suggestions and listened to ours. Had the quote that night and gave them the job. They quoted two bathrooms at a total cost of what another well known remodeler was charging for one. They worked around our schedule instead of theirs. Showed up on schedule. Can't say enough about the crew....they are terrific. Sealed up the work area and cleaned up every day. Some minor bumps along the way but that has to be expected with any project. We now have 2 beautiful bathrooms and will do the last one next year....with DHC. They are someone I trust .

Two years ago Dynamic Home Creations gutted and remodeled my bathroom, taking it from "The Pit" to "The Palace." When it came time to remodel my kitchen, the decision was a no brainer. Hire Jevon O'Neal and his crew at Dynamic Home Creations again. My eyesore of a kitchen was beautifully remade into another Palace. Everyone who has seen the new kitchen gasps at the beautiful results. All glitches (there are always glitches and surprises in any remodel, big or small) were always solved with two or three options for me to choose from. The options included pricing and schedule changes so I could make informed decisions. Jevon O'Neal and his crew worked quickly, professionally, and efficiently. They made the disruption to my life as easy as possible on me while I worked at home as they worked on my kitchen. TERRIBLE - AND HERE IS WHY: In the beginning of November I asked #homedepot for referrals of local companies in Union County that could paint and replace the railings of my deck. Dynamic Home Creations apparently was one of the companies in the top of the list. I contacted them and asked for a quote. First they asked for pictures, visited the premises and sent a quote using a different type of material. Their quote also did not specify the quantity and price of the materials and labor. I called and ask them how many railings they would use and they couldn't answer. Their contract also had a few clauses that didn't sound right stating that I would have to sign any form they presented to me and that I had to agree that they took pictures of the work and used them in any way they decided to. So, I contacted them and asked them to provide a new quote using the materials I had requested and that we would discuss the contract clauses later. They apologized and promised to send the quote in a few days. After 2 weeks no one had contacted me yet so I called back (again) and they asked me to look for another service provider. The whole process took more than a month, several phone calls and no result. A big waste of time.
