Do not call this company. I wanted to share my recent experience with DWC and Cody here in Greenwood. Management is unresponsive. In short they stood us up 4 or 5 times over the last 2 weeks and I still have a leak and the damage is obviously worse than it was 2 weeks ago when I called them. They have our money and the owner is now claiming that since I dont have a formal contract that it was a side job??? Not sure of the motive but I was never offered a contract? The leak is coming from the attic above the 2nd floor...
- March 11th - called your office and they promised Cody would call me. He returned my call and I explained that I had a leak with water damage and I was worried how bad it was and told him we might need to file an insurance claim but I wanted to professional to look at it beforehand (I had already called AllState and they said it was ok to work with your company). He said he was a technician and that he would take care of us. He explained that Allstate can be difficult to work with on water damage but he would help. He promised to follow up w a text and let me know when to expect him. He did and we scheduled for 9:30am the next day.
-March 12th - I took the morning off work to meet Cody but he text at 9:18am and said that it was unsafe due to the frost and he would come later. I asked him what time so I could plan my day and proposed 4:3pm so I could at least work a few hours. He responded at 11:23 and confirmed for 4:30pm. At 4:12pm he text me and let me know he will be a little late due to dealing w a fire at a customer place. I got a text at 5:08pm that he was still far away but that he was coming. I told him I would have my father in law come wait for him because I had to leave. My father-in law waited until 8:30pm and we never heard from him.
-March 13th - I text him at 7:23am and asked what happened and said I was concerned because the damage was getting worse and the Insurance might deny my claim if we wait too long. He made it out in the afternoon with a trainee and reviewed the wall damage and the roof but never went into the attic. He said it shouldn't be bad enough for a claim and that all I needed to do was replace 2 small shingles, apply some caulking to the fasteners, and he could do that the next day for $300 to fix the leak. I told him I would get back with him so that I could talk with my wife. I text him later and confirmed that $300 was fair if he could do it soon and get the leak stopped. His text back said to leave a check under the front rug and make it payable to him "since I am doing the work" (he just told me today that it was a side job for him) and suggested I should have known that.
March 15th - the check was gone and my wife said he was there for 15 minutes or so which we thought was fine as long as it was fixed.
-March 20th - I get a picture text from my wife with water leaking out of the same spot near my daughters room. I sent the photo to Cody and he said Hmmm its not even raining. He said he would need to get into the attic to inspect. Then he ghosted me for 2 days.
- March 22nd - I text him at 3:48pm and asked if he was still going to look at the leak and he would come late in the afternoon the next day on Saturday the 23rd.
-March 23rd - I waited around until 1:44pm and asked if I needed to come up with a plan B and he said no, he would rather come on Sunday now because it was supposed to rain and he thought that would help find the leak.
- March 24th - Waited until 3:10pm with no word and text him to see what time he would make it. He said his wife was called into work so it would be later. I told him it had been 2 weeks now and was really worried about the damage being far worse now. I waited until 9:30pm and text him back and asked if he was going to completely stand us up for the 4th or 5th time I'd just rather have a refund and call another company.
- March 25th - he text me at 8:36am and offered to come back out with a co-worker and look into the attic but I was already at work and told him I would prefer a refund at this point.

My home had mold damage from flooding and DWC provided a timely estimate, worked with my insurance company, and completed the work proposed in a timely manner. They were quick to answer my questions and worked with my insurance adjuster to ensure I received the best quality of product replacement that my insurance was willing to cover.

After dealing with a roofing company that took complete advantage of me, working with DWC was a breath of fresh air. The company is organized and professional and stands behind their product. I highly recommend utilizing DWC for all of your needs.

Cody Slavens has been awesome to work with. Thorough, knowledgeable, effecient, on-time, and honest. Really goes above and beyond, and treats customers right. Would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for roofing advice and repairs.

My house needed a roof, gutters and external painting. I didn't want to have to try to juggle different specialists. DWC took care of everything, gave me a fair price, worked within my schedule and their crews did a great job. I'm very pleased that I used DWC.

We were interested in updating our gutters so had Matt come out for an estimate. He suggested that due to hail damage we consider doing roof and gutters. We agreed and he handled everything from that point on. Very easy from a customer standpoint as there was zero stress on our end! Great guy to work with and the crew was great with cleanup and how quick they finished!

First of all I would like to thank David Crouse. He displays a professional attitude towards the customer with sincerity that the job will be done correctly. And what a roof ! Thanks it's truly AMAZING. Our home looks BEAUTIFUL. And the crew, WOW ! They showed up at daylight and was gone before dark. They roofed our home and huge separate garage the tack barn and the feed barn .ALL IN ONE DAY .DAMM. You guys got it going on . Many many happy returns of gratitude.

5/1/19. Update:. Not even a year after installing, we had a garage trim board bent. Numerous attempts were made to get in touch with Troy. He was sporadic to call back and even forgot to stop by to look at the damage. I ended up calling the company directly. They returned our call immediately and resolved the issue instantly.

Our house was in need of a much needed update. We called DWC Roofing and we were really impressed with Troy. We decided to get new siding and gutters. Troy was great to work with during the entire process. He came by every day to check on the job and returned our calls immediately if we had any questions. The guys working on our house did an excellent job and they left no mess! We are loving our "new" house. Thank you!

These guys are great. They did a beautiful job on my new roof. The cleanup was immaculate; NO leftover nails or shingles!! Yay! And they were fast. My 2,000 sq ft ranch was done by 3pm. Very pleased and highly recommend.

It all started as a simple question as to why my porch ceiling appeared to have mold on it. Called DWC and they sent Troy out to take a peek. After reviewing the porch roof he immediately noticed two things, no ventilation on that section of the roof and hail damage we didn't even know about. We apparently were gone when it occurred and nothing had begun to leak into the house. So we called our insurance adjustor and they met on site and determined hail was the culprit. Troy and the adjustor made fast work of getting a claim started and we were off and running. When the roofing crew showed up they removed both layers or shingles and put over 50 square of shingles back on in one day. It was a joy to watch as they performed their tasks. They found a couple of places where the roof had begun to show damages and quickly brought that to my attention so they could replace panels at the same time. New gutters and some facia board were also replaced soon after. All said and done we came in within the budget provided by the adjustor, and they added a porch ceiling ventilation option that doesn't look like you have a couple boxes sitting on your roof. We were very pleased with the timeline and the cost at the end of the project. Being a past certified project manager I was very impressed with Troy's ability to keep things moving and on-time and budget.

They did an excellent job on roofing, guttering and insulation in attic. Very efficient through in all aspects. Wonderful to work with. Would recommend this company highly. Want to say that David Crouch was the overseer over all the projects. He was our go to guy who went over and beyond the call of duty. He estimated and found where we might get some help through our homeowners insurance. He came when the insurance adjuster came to check the roof. He watched over the roofing and guttering. He himself did the insulation with help and laid down a walkway in our attic and put in protectors up to keep the vents open from insulation. He blew in 21 inches of insulation which we already feel a big difference in the heating and cooling of our home

DWC Roofing is a great company! Chelsea "Superstar" Perry (my husbands personal nickname for her) really took the time to deliver the best service to our family and all with an AMAZING smile! Wow, you just don't see many like her now a days! Anyways besides Chelsea's more than mesmerizing personality and expertise in the subject matter our new roof is in place and done beautifully so! I would gladly recommend DWC to all my closest friends if I had any so for now Google will have to do :)

DWC Roofing did a fantastic job on the roof. Dave spent a lot of time explaining and reviewing the all the different products that were available and he anwsered all of my questions related to them. David Crouch was my project manager and he helped me with the insurance so I received an excellent settlement. The workers that put the roof on were great. As the President of a Condo association in Avon, IN, I'am please to to say that DWC Roofing Company are true professionals. After we worked out a few details we needed the work began. In a span of two weeks they completed phase one of our project. Mark Kiemeyer spear headed the project and delivered on everything he said he would do and then some. The roofing crew work fast but the job was done correctly and their cleanup was unbelievable! Our homeowners we truly impressed with that. The roofs look great and next year we will finish phase two. I would highly recommend DWC for your roofing needs.

Top notch! We worked with Troy and can't say enough how great he was. We had our roof, siding, and gutters/downspouts replaced due to storm damage. Each crew that came to our house was incredibly polite, thorough, and fast! Not one hiccup. Totally recommend.

Well I'm in Avon, so this company is a tad out of reach. I am sure that they might have done a better job than some jobs around the house the guy we bought our home from did. I've honestly never worked with this company nor have I heard about it before today. However, I really do base a company off of its employees. My one star rating is based off a post from an employee that was made in a local to me ladies group asking for reviews and to mention her name (Chelsea Perry) in order to win some kind of monetary prize. Office competitions are super cute, but this gal asked the entire group of 3k something members to rate this business to win money. Most of us have likely never heard of this business. I will remember the name though. It's on my list of companies not to use.

I worked with Nate who did a perfect job explaining the process and my choices. He is very professional and down to earth. They offered a very good price and the quality was top notch. The crew of 4 got the whole job done in 7 hours. I was in pure amazement in how quickly they worked. Very hardworking group of guys. Once they were finished it was like they were not even here. Not one piece of debris was left. Nothing but my brand new roof which looks great. I had 3 neighbors come over and compliment the roof, and how quick the guys got it done. Highly recommend these guys!!
