Had a great experience! Very reliable, quick, and did a great job.James was very friendly and extremely professional.The employees were hard workers who took the effort to clean up after themselves every day , even better than our gardeners does! We are very satisfied with our new roof. Would highly recommend!

Our friends used Duro roof and they had a good experience so we contacted them. We also had two other estimates including our long time roof repair person; Duro came in with the best price and we trusted our friend's recommendation. We had a terrific experience with both Mae Ann who is the office manager and James who is the field supervisor. Excellent communication, prompt response and showed up on time, did a good job and sent us lots of photos and updates because we were out of town when the job was done. We would highly recommend Duro Roof.

Very unprofessional. They started a fire on our roof and our place still smells like smoke, they didn’t cover the ceiling before taking a part the old roof which remains in with a lot of dust and residue of old roof coming down from the AC vents . Thanks Duro well done

The girl answering calls is unprofessional. I asked for her supervisor and she refused to connect me. She also refused to give a name. Laughing and hanging up on me multiple times. I have never seen this kind of disrespect. She continues to hang up on me. I actually work in the industry, and I wouldn't use this company even if they did decent work because this person. Please feel free to contact me.

Very lucky to have found James and Duro Roofing. We had a tricky job with a roof built in to a hillside that was leaking, they resurfaced and hot mopped the whole thing and installed drains and it has held up great through the recent storms. They were fast, thorough, professional and reasonably priced, couldn't ask for more.

Great experience with Duro! I got 3 quotes and found James’ manner to be the most honest and educative. Scheduling was a breeze and the job was done thoroughly and efficiently. Throughout the process, pictures were taken and I was brought up for updates. I’m sure not everyone needs this extra service, but I certainly wanted and appreciated it, and I did not break the bank getting a new roof! Thanks James, Mae Ann, and the entire team!

We are very pleased with our new silicon roof, Duro roofing was very thorough and communicative including sending pictures for each step of the process. Mae Ann, in the office, was super friendly and on top of everything the whole way through. It rained hard a couple days after our last silicon layer was applied and we had no leaks! Excellent Service! They came by to give an estimate. But instead of just giving an estimate, they repaired the roof at a very reasonable price that day. It was great to have the problem solved on the spot, and without having to schedule a follow-up appointment. I highly recommend this company!
