The Dungeness Pest Control staff communicate well, tell us exactly when they will be visiting our home. They are on time, ask us about any problems, then go over the property and do what is required. We are very happy with their service

We called at 930am and by 230pm my Uncle's home was being THOROUGHLY serviced. I cannot be thankful enough for their attention and time.

They're accommodating, friendly and always listen to me regarding the problems I've been having. The people who do the groundwork are knowledgeable about pests and the products and methods they use. They have always honored our mutual contract to return within a specified time if I continue to have problems (odorous ants... grrrr!). They earn their 5 stars!

I’ve received excellent services from Dungeness Pest Control. This past January I had a serious problem with rats chewing thru my water lines under my house. Shane Trullinger, my service rep, was very helpful in evaluating my property, recommending solutions and explaining approaches for addressing the problem. We proceeded with steps to address the issue and a month later Shane returned to assess progress. The outcome proves to be very favorable in managing the issue of rats under my home. The staff at Dungeness have been very cordial and supportive in understanding and meeting my needs. I highly recommend their services for pest control.

Our first two service visits didn't go the way I'd hoped. The tech would not go into our crawl space because there was some water present. He did not repair the torn vent screen but simply blocked off the vent. This time the new tech did a full-service check and repaired the vent screen as needed. So this was the first time I felt that we received a "full" service check. I felt that we had paid too much for the first two visits but if future visits go the way this last one went, I feel we will get our money's worth.
