Excellent company to deal with. Graham and his team are very professional, detailed oriented and a pleasure to do business with. One of their tradesmen, Bill, is highly detailed and you can’t even tell that a repair was made. If I have any major repairs done again to my home, I’m definitely hiring DriForce again

Bill did an amazing job with the drywall restoration and the trim; he was speedy, efficient, and took pride in his work to assure the quality of everything really shone through.

DriForce did a great job lining up top notch contractors for my water damaged kitchen. They really drilled deep into to the root cause of my issue, and helped provide a solution for that as well. Nick and his team were responsive and assisted greatly in working with the insurance company as our damages compounded.

Any work that I had questions or concerns about was quickley remedied to our satisfaction. The only complaint was that it took a long time to complete, but this was due to insurance company complications. Nick was careful to explain in the process that it is a restoration, and not a renovation. As a result, the beginning of any significant work is delayed as we waited for insurance approval.

So much easier to work with than the companies with the commercials on tv. Fair priced quality work, accountable managers.

Hope I never need to call them again but if I do, they are first on my list.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Bill, a painter from Driforce Restoration. Bill was professional, friendly and courteous. His painting was flawless and took great care to make sure our home was left neat and clean when the job was done. We had to leave a few times during the day and always felt completely comfortable leaving Bill alone in our home. Highly recommend Driforce and Bill for a job well done.

Nick & his team did a great job with our master bathroom following an issue with our shower pan. From start to finish, they were prompt with their initial outreach, consistently communicated with us throughout the duration of our project and coordinated a seamless renovation. Driforce came to my rescue when my two story palladium window starting leaking inside my home because the caulk had dried up and the initial installer didn’t build the brand new window properly. It was a major undertaking and the talented amazing people from Driforce worked tirelessly ripping out moldy rotted wood . They re-built the entire window the right way using the proper materials the first builder skipped on.
They meticulously caulked all areas that needed it and I couldn’t feel more secure with the job they did.

They also rebuilt my chimney stack that was another rotted mess leaking water into a bedroom closet . No one before them could figure out where the leak was but Driforce found it right away.

Their team is beyond exceptional , they are all trustworthy they actually care and take pride in what they do and they will treat your home like it’s their own.

I highly recommend them for your needs and coming from me, a very OCD type A super picky individual that speaks volumes.

It’s never an easy task to go through a remodel, but Bill, who specializes in drywall, along with his team, Mike, master of tiling, and Dan, the everything kind of guy, made the process a breeze. Not only were they meticulous to detail, they communicated effectively with us throughout the whole process. Even when we were home for three days while they worked, they were respectful of our space and included us in on all of the decision-making, right down to the small details. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves, never impeding on our space and privacy. I even asked advice on a couple of other projects and Bill didn’t hesitate to support me, giving me professional tips. He even offered to do a patch up for us in a separate room. Unprofessional. Rude.

Technicians were reckless because they claimed that “they’re not paying for it” due to the water damage being from an insurance covered leak.

Claimed a piece of the ceiling was “soaked” and then removed a larger than necessary area. The cavity was completely dry.

They Damaged the floors and walls during the process.

When confronted about the damage their boss came back and claimed they were entitled to be rude and reckless because we had the decency to move their equipment closer to our door for easy pick up.

As a contractor myself, I take extra care when working in someone’s home. When a mistake is made or a mess is left behind, you should clean up after yourself.

Sad.

Project Manager Kip Was great to work with. All the craftsmen he used were excellent restoring our 2 bathrooms and 1 closet to a very high standard after water damage all work to code. I would not hesitate to recommend DriForce. Kip diligently kept the project moving along. Work included dehumidifiers, demolition, plumbers, carpenters, drywalling, mudding, painters. Carpet people to name a few. The craftsmen were very professional, careful and respectful.

DriForce was responsive and acted with urgency to get to our basement despite being slammed during this last major storm. They were professional and efficient and were in and out quickly trying to make a challenging situation less stressful. We had a small but annoying leak in the corner of our basement and we couldn't pinpoint the issue. The DriForce team was amazing and found the problem quickly. We didn't know that the previous owners had installed the leak protection system and it had failed. We had a backup sewer issue in our basement. The DriForce owner came to our house on Sunday as soon as we called him to assess the damage. He had his crew at our house the next day, Monday at 8:00 a.m. to clean up the damage. He arranged over the next five days to have our basement cleaned and sanitized. Effective at restoration of our lower level water damaged space. Still had to drive the results over several months but they worked with us to provide the best outcome. Carpet layers were the only weak spot.

Our sump pump failed which led to about an inch of water in our finished basement . DriForce came out within an hour of calling, gave us a quote, and had a crew out within two hours. Within a day and a half, all the carpet was removed, drywall cut up two feet, and damaged contents were removed. They were fast, clean, and very professional along the way as we awaited reimbursement for our insurance claim. I would recommend DriForce to anyone with water damage.

This is our second time working with DriForce in 4 years on our properties. The great thing about DriForce, in an emergency flood situation, is they respond immediately & start work that same day. They are professional and work clean, so the rest of the house isn't impacted at all. They are hardly noticed while working.

They work incredibly fast and duplicated the damaged materials so the restored basement looked like the flood never happened! The house smelled great after and everything was done quickly & professionally.

this company is a ripoff. their tech came out to my house for some water damage and i asked how much it would be for them to leave there fans for drying out because i was concerned about my deductible getting met and didnt want to be out of pocket a lot of money if i didnt. he made a phone call discussed it with his manager and said it would be 1100 but if i didnt end up meeting the deductible they would work on lowering a little. after talking to my insurance i was told they received invoice for $1,429. i called driforce and spoke to the rudest woman ive ever talked to who basically told me their tech wouldnt have said that. RIP OFF COMPANY!!!
