Initial review: Downtown Dreams Roofing installed a new roof on our home following some damage. I even opted for some of their high-end services. I did notice a few areas where the shingles weren't lying flat but was reassured that the sun's heat would smooth it out. However, this didn't happen, and on closer inspection, it appeared that both the underlayment and shingles were raised, almost like there was a nail not hammered in properly. When a new storm season approached, I reached out to them for an inspection. I got an appointment scheduled, but, unfortunately, no one showed up and there was no call to reschedule. I've attempted to reach them multiple times via phone and email, but I haven't received a response yet. So, for my review, I would say: If you choose Downtown Dreams Roofing for your roof replacement and everything goes smoothly, you'll be pleased. However, if you encounter any issues after installation, rest assured they will be addressed.
